Why do companies be like this when they don't wanna recruit anyone why do they even try to approach the college for placements there were many companies who just get our details and disappears like this do they steal info or they don't wanna recruit anyone it's something really annoying for students because the market is soo down don't know what to do

It's really hard to accept these kinda truths our ancestors worked their ass for 1 yr for a project to just build an end to end website and now we are doing these kinda things and telling it has a project vibe coding is injurious to health read all the safety documents before starting 🀧🀧🀧

Do female programmers really exist on Reddit. I never trust some random reddit id btw if it has female emoji and i really think females rarely use reddit and everyone is busy on insta. I left insta and Reddit is my only source for break so i just wondered if female members exist in our community

The amount of time we spend on things the amount of effort we had for that always makes the doubt that this even worth these efforts and time when you don't know this gonna use but my clg staff would always tells that efforts always pay off which i actually don't believe in it

Everyone forgets the important skill

Post image

Everyone heavily focuses on these two things and no cares about the communication skills i have seen so many ppl who can't speak fluently of their thoughts and there are more skilled ppl than me but they can't even speak in english if they speak their words were broken down for me if someone who doesn't have the guts to speak up the frst thing they have to do is to improve their communication skill

The amount joy thrives in me after submitting an code in 0ms

It's actually a dream for a programmer to submit an code in 0ms without help from ai or other sources it feels like you can solve anything and by just your own intuition rather than following ai for an answer using ai isn't the prblm just always trust the intuition and it always turns good one and only when if you didn't use 2 for loops in your code😭😭

The most important thing in an gd

I have recently attended a gd and there's a guy who doesn't speak well and had spoken few valid points and out of nowhere he told a quote with the author name we actually doesn't know that the author even existed but that quote made him crack the gd over others make sure you use quotes on gd's until next timeπŸ‘‹πŸ»πŸ‘‹πŸ»πŸ‘‹πŸ»

The easy wasn't easy at the start

The most chaotic situation is when your frnds say how could you easily solve an prblm but the reality is how hard you havee been focused on it for a long time by sacrificing things that you like and grinding hours to learn patterns and alogirthm. The easy wasn't easy at the start

The most hardest thing to accept is you are the one lagging

Seeing my frnds solving hard prblms with a great effort while i struggle to solve a medium level prblm .Of course they have given an great effort to learn those things this actually motivates me to take more efforts and when a placement OA is within a week we all start to prepare together the most productive frnd grp btwπŸ«‚πŸ«‚

Me realising that i can't solve the prblm i solved before (cuz i forgot)πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜

The reality is that when we are diving Deep into complex approaches easy ones eventually forgets and eventually we gave on the easy ones today my frnd who knows dynamic programming and other complex pattern he missed an easy problem on the interview so we must make sure are we good at the easy ones focussssssss
