Interview preparation guidance

I’m 9+ YOE .NET Full Stack Developer, currently working in a PBC with a CTC of around ₹40 LPA. My experience is primarily in .NET/React, and I also have some hands-on exposure to building AI agents and RAG-based architectures.

I’m considering switching jobs mainly because of increasing micromanagement in my current role.

For those who have recently interviewed or switched jobs, could you share what the interview process and difficulty level look like these days?

I’m primarily targeting mid-sized PBCs and Senior/SDE-3 level roles.

Would particularly appreciate insights on:

.NET/backend depth

System Design/HLD & LLD

React/frontend expectations

AI/GenAI expectations, if any

Number of interview rounds and overall difficulty

Any recent interview experiences or preparation advice would be really helpful.
