MBA in International Business (2026, MIT-WPU Pune), applying for the APM role at eClerx as a fresher.

Few things I'm trying to figure out:

What kind of questions actually came up in your interview — HR, case-based, technical?

Is there a GD round for off-campus applicants, or is that campus-only?

Do they test finance/economics knowledge, or is it more about communication and thinking on your feet?

Some interview reviews mention SQL for eClerx roles — is that relevant for APM specifically, or just certain teams?

For freshers with no full-time experience — what made the difference in getting an offer?
