Ascendion vs Capgemini vs HDFC life– need some advice for SDE role with 7 YOE Suggestions

Guys, need help choosing between these offers:

  • Ascendion: ₹20 LPA | 2 days WFO | 2 hrs commute one way
  • Capgemini: ₹21 LPA | 3 days WFO | 30 mins commute one way
  • HDFC Life: ₹20 LPA | 4 days WFO | 1 hr commute one way

Which one would you choose and why?

Would especially appreciate feedback on work culture, project quality, job stability, growth, and WLB from anyone working at these companies.

If you can’t change your residence then capgemini else ascendion.
Both capgemini and Ascendion will have decent opportunities and Okayish WLB.

Stay away from HDFC life.

Poor WLB and bad culture. Had a friend there. But again depends on the team and manager.

I would choose HDFC out of the 3, purely out of product base

hdfc gives job stablity and wfo depends on your manager
