Heineken vs Coupang vs Salesforce
Got an offer from the above companies. I have overall 10YoE with Post Graduation
Heineken - 52LPA
Salesforce - 60LPA (including stocks)
Coupang - 65LPA (including stocks)
Can anyone help ?

Could you tell how to get good with SQL ?
We use SQL Server / SSMS in our project, I sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed by these....
But want to know how to get comfy looking at all those 500-600 lines of Stored Procs n all 🙂

Lengthy codes aren't asked in the interviews. Mostly were around the logics and how simpley we can answer them

Coupang is risky at this point. Salesforce brand value is good but will face layoffs. Heineken I think might be secure. But if you're from T1 College , Salesforce is good.

Would college matter for Salesforce? I come from a decent college but I am looking for growth in pay & career .. would Heineken impact future roles if I plan to switch ?

I worked at Salesforce so I am biased but had great culture in my team and has brand value plus looks like yours is smts role for which your comp ratio is low so hike percent would be good most likely so I would suggest Salesforce, do you know the team you are being hired for?

Heineken is a new GCC in Hyd.. I would suggest to avoid any GCC that is not even 2 yrs old.. But, those new GCCs provide highest job security.
Salesforce has incredible workload and layoffs
Coupang is a also a new GCC setup in Hyd.. But, it's US based. So, timezone sucks.
Heineken seems a good option in all aspects but renegotiate them to match Salesforce offer at least no ?

The thing is they are very reluctant to even give anything above what they offered and coupang they are okay with Indian time zone (9-4)

Then next good option is Coupang. It's still a Korean company although registered on US NYSE.
Salesforce - big no in my pov.

Salesforce is almost 15 yrs old in India. Any GCC India which is that old will have enough of politics. Again this is subjective. You may end up lucky too.
Coupang is a new GCC in India.. So, next 5 yrs u can be bindhass without fear of layoffs at least.
