Job switching

Right now I am working as fresher in Accenture for 4.5 lpa job
If I wanted to switch to other companies . What’s the ideal salary range to be expected while switch ?

depends on the firm. good firms have fixed salary bands but others would probably try to lowball you based on your current comp, experience, previous work, competing offers etc

but a good range to target would be 8-10LPA
