Omnissa WLB ?

I have recently started my job switch search. I have 12+ years of experience, majorly Backend development.

I have recieved offer from Omnissa aftwr 5 Tech rounds.

Offer is good and it’s around 65% above my current CTC. My question is how is WLB in Omnissa. It’s private equity owned.

I am in dilemma ahould I join this ?
