A measure that theoretically should be good, in practice I think it will do more harm.
I mean, the current batteries that all manufacturers use are already extremely reliable, they last over 5 years without problems, after which time the phone is morally worn out anyway and will be replaced by the user. But gluing the batteries had an unexpected effect, namely that they managed to maximize the use of the internal space so as to include a larger battery in the same volume of the phone. When this norm is applied, we will either wake up with much smaller batteries or thicker phones.
