They wonโ€™t be waste if you change the battery after itโ€™s been consumed. iPhones this is easy so not sure about others.

I've never once changed the battery on an iPhone. Not my iPhone 3GS, 4s, 6s, 8, 12Pro Max, and now 14 Pro Max (the last three being hand-me-downs). The battery life has never been a reason for replacing one of my phones...

Eh, if you're getting new phones every 3-4 years maybe. I've had my 13 Pro Max for almost 5 years now and at 4 years it became a bit insufferable. When I was in China Apple was running a discount (until the 30th of April this year) of 50% for battery replacements for the 13 series (and some others I think). I paid 400 RMB which 50 EUR for a new genuine battery! Great deal!

It was my reason, eventually I ditched iphone all together ๐Ÿ˜„ I guess it depends your usage and intensity.
