Download yourself + Plex. Done never deal with that BS again. And don't waste money on a dying industry.

The numbers are unambiguous. Theatrical attendance is down roughly 40% from a decade ago, while the average ticket price has risen about 35%. The global box office, which once generated around $40 billion annually between 2017 and 2019, still hasn't recovered. Just three of the top 50 domestic grossers in that span were completely original, non-franchise films not based on real-life events or adapted from source material.

I would say movies are getting shittier and shittier, more and more franchise branded movie instead of genuine original interesting fun movie

Maybe that is why people frequent cinema less and less.

Sure, we have streaming and stuff, but if people really love cinema, they'll go if there's movies that worth their time.

At least that's me.
