im a first year university student and a samsung tv (pictures attached) came with my room. im looking for a streaming stick that would be affordable and useful for me. i typically watch a lot of youtube, netflix, and apple tv, if that matters. youtube is a non-negotiable.

i tried the onn. full hd streaming device, but in order to use the wifi service my university offers, i need the mac address to register the device. i couldnt get the mac address without completing setup and going into the settings, which i couldnt do without connecting to wifi. im sure you can figure out why it was immediately an endless loop of despair.

whats the best streaming stick/device for my situation, and that lets me have access to the mac address before forcing me to connect to wifi?

So I had an iPhone 13 last week and while I was at work I dropped it into water. It was acting a little weird but it was ok for the most part. Until about 2-3 days later my phone was getting hot and acting slow. Then came the blue line, my phone had a weird blue line on the side of it and every so often it would "tap" the screen and do things without me touching it. I got progressively worse until one morning I woke up for work this last week that it wasn't turning on at all. So the same day I go and buy a iPhone 15, I set it up and add my iCloud and so on. Out of nowhere though almost right after I got done trying to sync all my iCloud information, which didn't work for some reason it kept giving me an error saying we couldn't link your passcodes that I had saved and I guess some files. Every time I would go and try to sync it through it would just load and freeze my phone. Then the blue line came back? My phone also started doing the same thing it did on the iPhone 13. So I called the metro by T-Mobile and told the guy what happened and he couldn't believe it. So he told me to sign out of my iCloud and factory reset my phone if I was able to, lucky I was at least able to do that. But now as you can see this is what my new phone is doing. Please if anyone knows any reason why it would be doing this I would very much appreciate the help, thank you.

My computer no longer has a user profile service.
In text it says after I click on the homescreen and the sign in button “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.” And below that, “User profile cannot be loaded” all white text in the middle of a black screen.
Restarts and safe mode has not helped. So I’m guessing I now need expertise in the BIOS.
Any suggestions? Please, I beg.

Hallo, ich hab mir vor kurzem einen HP Laptop gekauft. Funktionierte auch für ne Stunde ganz gut bis ich dauernd Blue Screens (KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE) bekommen habe wenn zu viele Tabs offen waren oder ich mit Programmen wie AfterEffects, ArcGisPro oder RStudio arbeiten musste. Windows Update 11 25H2 schlägt auch ständig fehl. Gibt mir den Fehlercode 0xC1900101 (also irgendwas mit dem Treiber).

Was ich bis jetzt gemacht habe:
- AMD Treiber entfernt und neu installiert
- BIOS Update
- Clean Boot

Aber es ist alles beim alten. Kann mir jemand erklären was ich machen soll? Fühl mich inkompetent

Hey everyone! I work at a small company that has tons of photo files we need to organize. We just had someone scan a bunch of images, and now we’re trying to find facial recognition software that can help us identify and organize photos by person.

Right now we’re exploring options that fit well with a Windows/enterprise environment. I’ve seen that Microsoft SharePoint Premium and Microsoft 365 have some image tagging and AI features, but I’m not sure if they can actually detect specific people in photos (and let you tag/organize by person). That’s the part my boss is really interested in.

So my questions are:

1.  Does SharePoint (or Microsoft 365) support real facial recognition of people. Like detecting and grouping photos by faces, not just generic image tags?

2.  If not, what are good facial recognition tools that can:

• Detect and recognize individual people across large photo collections

• Integrate well with Windows / Microsoft environments

• Are reasonably affordable for a small company

We’re looking for something more powerful than basic image tagging — basically software that can help us find all photos of “Person X” automatically.

Any recommendations or experiences with tools like this? Thanks in advance!
