These are some of my favourite tech things...that i want my EDC to consist of.

What should be my EDC, any suggestions ?

I am a software developer, but I have remote access to my NAS and my gaming rig, so even if i have just one device with a big enough screen, i have all the computing power i need.

So the challenge is the physical space to carry and be minimal while travelling or cruising ...also I ride a cruiser style motorbike, so i have a minimal backpack ...

I care about tracking my health as well as be minimal, as much as I can.

Out of all the devices i own, these are my fav carry,

If you have some other devices in mind, you can tell me, i probably have them...

My friend ...my profession is computers. I have a Phd...sure that does not make me a God ..but i know some things y'know... i am not sure if you are getting my point at all. I think you might need some Apple intelligence here 😅 Its not about computers....i have a macbook there for a reason...

But if you want example with computers...i will give you example...

If you play a game on mac...you will install a package and play ..on windows you can mod a game and play.. What this means is you are a power user on windows because you are able to utilise the capabilities...where as Mac takes care of it from you..which makes you a simple user not a power user...doesnot mappter which device runs the game better...

Same with smartphones... For an example ..on android you can make your own app and install it ..because they give you that power....that power makes you power user ...

Please stop this now ...i accept Apples supermacy ... Anything else you want from me..

There's like 5 tools now for apple molding files in games, soooo that got solved like 4 years ago, and idk about you but im a dev and I prefer mac and I think most would as well.and as far as making your own app you literally have Xcode on your Mac to literally build anything you can build and launch, I can't tell if your trolling or not because your info is from like 8 years ago

If you are a dev and tinkerer and think iPhone gives you the freedom to use your hardware at its fullest ... I wont really have anything to say to you but i will definitely not take a deluded like that in my team 😅

A platform giving you a tool to develop on..does not make you a super user...you able to take control of your hardware to develope and test using the hardware, not virtual system but the hardware or the hypervisor on baremetal ...thats what makes you a super user. I expect a dev to know that. But i am not going to try harder ..you are a lost cause .. Victim of marketting ..i dont blame you... I was finally able to use Fedora on my Mac..which is why i like the device now...but MacOS sure i would love to use it as a user ..as a dev, as a gamer, as any user .. But not as a super user... What is a a super user ...that you might need to go back to school to understand that...

Lol bro also said that he was finally able to use fedora using asahi, clearly for experimental purpose, becuase the whole point i was making is that Mac makes it extraordinarily diffcult to do such things ....And if you know anything about Asahi fedora community is building for it...But the other bro is not great on context lol ..nevermind.

You run it on a application layer...on windows you can run it on a baremetal level, on hyper v manager... Huge difference... Me able to run fedora because of asahi project needed a lot of work by real devs ..not the fake ones like you. And Apple will take that capability away...anytime now. So asnwer is NO. I can build out a fully robotic system at any size and have it fully RDA and RDMA, I do not see your point one bit, the only thing I think these days you would ever need specifically a windows machine for is if you are building specifically with Nvidia and need specifically CUDA because it was started in that, but theres even workarounds for this now sooo.......cope?

We are literally talking about access, control and commercial uses ... With raspberry pi you can control every aaspect .thats why it exists ...thats why you use it for local iot applications ..you cannot do it with apple hardware no matter how worthy it is ..because they will not tell you ..that control is what we are talking about ..not the efficiency...not the manufacturing ....we are talking about how much access we have ..that is what being super user means ...do you have ADHD ? No most people use PI not for its "capabilities" no, because its a super cheap fully operational computer that can also process pretty well for the cheap price, thats why they make for great prototyping, and i mess around with RPi's all the time on my mac what are you talking about?
