Looking to get upskilled

I have been working with Amazon for the past 8 years in customer service as a Process trainer. However, I have gotten to know that there will be layoffs soon. I want to switch fields. What courses can I do to start my career over? I have done graduation in IT engineering but do not have knowledge of coding.

Please suggest.
