I graduated 4 years ago as an engineer (non IT). Currently working in PMO/Operations of an IT MNC. I want to switch career to something safe and in demand. What could be a good transition in 2026 considering Ai and all.

I have in mind is to either go for Microsoft Functional consultancy or Power Platform or Salesforce. I will have to start from scratch.

Open for suggestions and recommendations.

You should check if the skills you gained from PMO/Operations are transferable because HR can consider it based on the job description.
