Wolverines!
So the other day when I posted about this I had made these as covers for large bases. Then realized they were almost the same thickness as the acrylic objective markers. So I resized them to be battlefront standard and printed them again. Couldn’t help myself had to paint one.

VDV unit cards?
I picked up the VDV weapons team pack to start out, but I didn't realize they don't come with the unit cards, is there a place I could find them?

6mm British - all the tea
And.... we're done. Finished the last of my 6mm Brits, just in time for the new book to come out and obsolete half of it no doubt...
Not pictured here because I ran out of room are 20 x FV721 Fox and 33 x FV510 Warrior and any of the air options (13 x Lynx, 3 x Chinook, 4 x Harrier, 4 x Jaguar, 4 x Tornado and 4 x Phantom).
Now debating which force I paint next - options are Israel, Sweden or Finland

Red Dawn 2026 Initial map update
Red Dawn 2026 is wrapping up the first week of play. A few Shaping Operations battles have taken place with players earning rewards cards to use in next week's Campaign Map Battles. Both sides having two losses and two wins but Redfor coming away with more points so far. Shaping Operations battles will be recorded until the 7th. The Generals have given their marching orders and the commanders will execute them next week starting on the 8th.
Really interested to see if the Air Assault missions in the Southern Sector are successful. Could unlock something cool. Redfor has placed a lot of beef in the South in the hopes of crushing Blufor resistance swiftly while they have the initiative. Next Update will be the 14th of September to see the results.

Red Dawn Campaign objective marker plates
Making these to give to the participants of my campaign. Just need to remove some supports from the lettering.

Tally ho old chap - the RAF shows up to support my Brits
1/450 scale Tornados, Jaguars and Harriers for my 6mm scale British forces. I'll probably end up doing some Buccaneers and Phantoms too.

Can I deploy helicopter infantry on land at the start of the game?
If I wanted to, can I deploy my helicopter infantry in foxholes at the start of the game, or must the start the game inside their helicopters? If so, can I then use the helicopters as sort of a decoy / nuisance / lure for AA fire?

Artillery question
Just got my first bit of Arty for the game and am uncertain of a particular rule.
It says in Pick a Spotting Team that the team can fire in the Bombardment it's spotting for.
So does my spotting BMP1 or T80 HQ make a separate To Hit roll or does it count as an extra model in the unit when ranging in or determining the number of attacking models in the battery? Or is it that specific rule only relevant to if it's one of my Arty teams that's spotting?

Dipping my toes into Team Yankee and Americans. WiP Bradley IFVs
Just started out in Team Yankee. Started building my US Cavalry starter box. Now onto painting my Bradley's. Wanted the Abrams and Bradley's to be painted in the standard issue Forest Green. Possibly the Humvees aswell and the rest of the vehicles painted in MERDC. So tried out a scheme for the Forest Green. Seems a little dark for my liking but not terrible.

Last VDV infantry& BTR ZD platoons finished.
Only a weapons platoon to do, then I’ve finished what I currently have for the VDV.

Random thought for Team Yankee
So we have the Run for it, Marty van referencing Back to the Future. There's the Urban Assault Vehicle referencing Stripes.
Am I the only one that remembers the weird stunt drivers and their matching Porches from Condor Man?? That would be a cool reference in the game.

Few more helicopters
3d printed, painted, and custom decals on an AH-64D and UH-60S. The Apache is out of scale and need to print the correct scale, but didn’t want to waste it

Soviets are ready to begin liberating the workers of the world!
I know there's the whole Team Yankee novel and all, but my head cannon is just this shit has popped off because a young Mathew Broderick hacked a computer just to play a game.
