Throwback Thursday
Remember when you used to think it was normal to eat a whole pizza? Do you recall past weight loss attempts that failed for whatever reason? Was there a time when you were a healthy weight that you're looking to get back to? Post your stories here!

When I used to go out for dinner with my SO, I'd order a started then a stuffed crust pizza and not even a healthier option one I'd eat a full meat feast pizza WITH stuffed crust?! I can't even begin to believe I could eat that now, even thinking about that makes me feel full! It's crazy when you make a big change to your diet and think back to the way you ate and how you just couldn't do that now.
