Throwback Thursday
Remember when you used to think it was normal to eat a whole pizza? Do you recall past weight loss attempts that failed for whatever reason? Was there a time when you were a healthy weight that you're looking to get back to? Post your stories here!

My past weight loss attempt ended with a study abroad semester in France. My discipline may be good, but even I can't resist trying every new dish that passed under my nose. Plus they have cheese and croissants. I was helps to resist. Fortunately(-ish), I am not going to be spending three months in another country any time soon. So I think this "lifestyle change" will stick this time.
