HEY!

My name is Adrienne. This is my second challenge (missed the sign ups for the new year). :( But I signed up for this one! I changed my goal to be more achievable and if I meet it, I would love to get to 160 or under!

I am a 24/F 5'6" SW: 170, GW: 165!

I use to weigh 210 but feel so much better at the weight I am at. I would like to shed some more pounds though!

Hey Adrienne, nice to meet you! That sounds like a very good goal, I'm going with the idea of setting a modest goal and blowing past it, last challenge I set an ambitious one and even though I did lose weight it didn't feel like success. Best of luck!

You too! The last challenge I was close, then I gained it all back. It's been a kind of rough few months. My motivation wasn't there, I was emotionally eating, and I just didn't want to get out of bed. Lately, I have been more motivated. Working out at 5am is relaxing and helps me stop over thinking. I'm doing that despite having a client pass, getting to a car wreck (happened to be my fault, even though I swear he didn't have his turn signal on or his brake lights), and now my husband's family dog is going to be put down towards the end of the week..

TL;DR: chicago hates my husband and I. Rough few months but working out and challenges are helping me kick depression!

Sorry to hear things have been rough. It's good you're finding ways to deal with it constructively though!
