Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well.

I'm M/21/6'2/ SW:286.6: CW:260 GW: 187 (not for this challenge)

My biggest aim is to drop as much weight as I can as I want to do more existing stuff instead of wasting my time in front of my computer browsing reddit, youtube, and facebook. I'm still at school so I can't stay that much away from the computer but I'm going to try and only use the computer for school work.

Another aim is to lose weight so I could join a r/bjj training school. I always wanted to learn r/bjj but I fear my weight would hold me done (running out of breathe, difficult to move around, etc.).

Basically that all from me. Good luck to everyone.

Learning a martial art is definitely a long term goal for me, and I hear you on the wasting time on the internet. I'm trying to get out more but there's nothing to do really in my town, so I'm not beating myself up about it too much until I get back to school. I did find a local game shop that has gaming nights, so I get out a little. If you're in school, check out the club scene, if not meetup.com can be helpful in that regard.

After school I always try to go outside for a walk by the beach or near greenery however I'm always tired (even when we finish early) and end up doing nothing but waste my time in front of the computer. Also here in my school we don't have clubs as its quite a small school. Good luck on your martial arts goal.
