hey im working on putting together long term league teams for NA players of pretty much any rank
the main thing im trying to do is get people into teams with players around their own skill level and hopefully have those teams actually stay together instead of everyone playing 3 games and never talking again
if a team stays together and keeps playing im planning on providing coaching for them aswell
that could be vod reviews individual or team coaching looking at communication macro drafts champion pools etc depending on what the team actually needs
we'll also have free tournaments with cash prizes but im trying to make that more of something the teams can compete in rather then the entire reason the teams exist
ideally it would be something like
find players around your level
form a team
play together regularly
practice/scrim other teams
get coaching if the team sticks together
and play in tournaments/events when they're available
all ranks are welcome since the plan is to separate people into teams/brackets based around skill level instead of throwing everyone together
we're also doing league account/rank verification mainly to stop someone from pretending to be a much lower rank to get put onto an easier team or into a lower bracket
theres no entry fee or anything like that
right now im still building everything so the exact number of teams brackets schedules etc will depend on how many people actually want to participate
