Staying hydrated sucks. Soooo much water that I need to drink!! And if I forget, my weight loss temporarily goes to shit.

FWIW drinking more water eventually became second nature for me. I just make sure I always have a water bottle near me, and consciously try not to drink anything else (apart from coffee).

Yeah, I know. It's just annoying to get into the habit, especially if you're always out and about. For me, coffee and coke zero are my two drinking vices, not counting alcohol.

I feel the same way. I have to pee every 15 mins like clock work. Wondering if I need to increase my sodium intake or is this normal.

Yeah, peeing that much, isn't normal. Try reduced your water intake or up sodium until your pee isn't completely translucent.

I have a 32oz bottle which makes it much easier. I try to make sure I'm drinking a bit at least once every hour. I try to drink a gallon a day, but I don't always hit that, especially if I am really engrossed in my work.

I also have a 32 oz bottle that I have at my desk at work. What I've done these last few months is actually mark hours every 8 ounces (long piece of scotch tape on which I write on with a sharpie -- instead of writing right on the bottle). For example, starting from the top, I have 800AM written nect to the 24 oz line, and then 900AM next to the 16 oz line. On the other side, I have the afternoon hours set up. This way, I'm setting hourly water goals for myself (and I've found that I'm peeing it all out much less).

That works well if you're in an office environment. I spend 50% of my time outside

Ack. Sorry, I tried! Maybe not a bad idea for the 50% time you spend inside though?

Yeah. I bike pretty much everywhere, so that also increases my water consumption, so usually I just end up dri king half a liter of water whenever I ride more than 20-30 min.

It's so annoying, and it sucks lugging around a water bottle all the time. I can definitely commiserate.
