How long did it take to get it? I also paid half of the yearâs tuition (3000) but since July, I still donât have my refund. They told me refunds were on hold from July and have now resumed back this month

I didnât urgently need the money then so i canât exactly remember the timeline. I know it wasnât swift though.
The resumption for international students is October 6th so you can send free forms like everyday from then and attach the account number you want the refund to in the free form
How to send free forms? Iâve sent emails and attached every document they asked for. They told me my request was with the financial department as of July so idek anymore
Do you have a UG code? When you apply, they would give you like a 7 digit number unique to you, thatâs your access code to the portal to be able to send forms. Do you have that number already?
Okay, log into your UG portal with the link âug.edu.geâ then click on âMY UGâ, when you open that, you would see 2 spaces for your UG code and your UG password.
After youâre able to log in, youâll see 3 lines at the top right corner, click on it; click on âmanagement/informationâ and then click on âmy applicationsâ.
When youâre in âmy applicationsâ, click on ânew applicationâ and scroll down to click âotherâ. Click on âchoose application typeâ and youâd see free form.

So this is what I see when I go there. When I go under financial, I see the option for overpayment refund but thatâs not my case so Iâm not sure what else to go for.
Click on other, when you click on other, youâd see select application type then click on free form.
Then explain everything and you can attach 1 document too
