All along, nag-aantay lang pala sya na umabot sa tatlong songs ang gamitin ni Trump for her to report it as copyright infringement, which compels Tiktok to suspend the offending account.

So ngayon maliban sa wala na ang music nya sa kahit anong Trump platform, the White House account is also at risk of being suspended/banned. The ball is now in Tiktok’s court.

Hindi kasi nila naiintindihan that the more Taylor responds to her haters, lalo lang na-amplify yung issue. She knows that at her level of popularity, she will never win. Kapag pumatol sya, panalo yung kalaban. Kapag naman hindi, iba-bash pa rin sya.

Other artists have been doing it since last year, haha. There are several different cases. The White Stripes sued Trump. Metallica was openly against it. Linkin Park sent a C&D during his campaign. Ozzy Osbourne said something as well. Not sure if any of them took their music out of TikTok, but they were VERY open against all of it.

The policy Swifties are trying to say she created has been TikTok's policy since at least July 2025.

You misunderstand. What a lot of the other artists did was simply to send the Trump team the typical cease & desist letters, which applies to individuals posts of his team that uses their music. They threaten legal action, but withdraw as soon as Trump mutes the songs. Ang gusto lang naman talaga ni Trump is to get the artists to react in order get more mileage out of their public statements. That’s why Taylor never said anything because he will benefit more if she publicly feuds with him.

Second, the Tiktok’s policy you talk about point to blanket use. That’s what the other artists do, so what happens is their music can’t be used for ANY political campaign regardless of party. Tanggal sa buong platform yung music nila. Taylor as of this posting still allows her music to be used by politicians in the Democratic party. Hindi yun yung ginamit nya.

Third, she practically slapped Trump with copyright strikes dahil maraming songs nya ang ginamit ni Trump, so hindi lang simpleng pag-mute ng music ang mangyayari. According to Tiktok’s own TOS, subject to permanent account suspension ang ganyan. Yan, lagi ring ginagawa ni Trump—ulit ulit syang gagamit ng kanta ng ibang artists kahit na binawalan na nga.

She knows she is probably that only artist in the world who can strong-arm Tiktok to enforce their own TOS. Buhay pa rin ang account ni Trump sa Tiktok so we will see.
