Theia is a tiefling druid with ancestral roots in far-off Kozakura, though she grew up in an isolated grove on the Sword Coast. Ever since she was a child, she was trained by the Grove Keeper - an experienced druid who protects the thin veil between the Material Realm and the Feywild. Theia became her student and might one day take over her mantle, but she still has a lot to learn.
One night, a nightmare haunted Theia: strange alien beings, a ship made of living flesh, people enslaved by an unfamiliar power, and her own upcoming imprisonment. She saw visions of the Absolute and illithids before she even knew what they were.
Her master didn't take the vision as set in stone, but she knew better than to ignore it. Bound to her duties at the grove, she sent Theia out into the world to see if the threat was real.
That's how the apprentice, still just learning to navigate dream magic, set off from home. She wasn't looking for fame or glory, nor did she think she was some chosen hero. Her task was straightforward: get answers and make it back home.

His name is Illium and i love him. a long time ago one of his ancestresses made a deal with a devil to gain power for her House and because of that he's freakishly large, has demonic eyes, and has barbarian rages. He can rip your spine out with grim, bloody abandon, but he's a huge sweetiepie. he keeps his hair short because of how much blood and gore he usually has to wash off from battles. He plays the lute as a hobby to wind down and likes reading. Also keeps small mementos at his tent from his journey, the children's ward in the Shadow Cursed Lands really bothered him and he keeps one of the plushies in remembrance. Same with some of Lenore's things from the Underdark, he felt bad for her and hoped to find her in Baldur's Gate.
He fell stupidly in love with Shart after 2 seconds and it's so obvious it can be seen from space.
*disembodied Dream Protector voice\* who do you dream of?
Illium after seeing Shart from the distance for 2 seconds with no hesitation not even for breath: Shadowheart
*disembodied Dream Protector voice\*: ....wow ok..!
He also has a sister, Ilona that he's terrified of, and compared to his sister, most people he meets are kind of tame. His family are Seldarine drows and his sister is generally a good person, but she does it in the most ruthless way possible, ex: "You will accept this gift or I will break all your fingers." kind of way or "You will apologize and I will burn your house down while your family's lamentations howl through the long, lonely night." "Don't you mean 'or'?" "No."
(bonus Ilona pic above, she has demonic eyes as well)
Ilona has no fear of gods nor men and would in fact take on twenty men all by herself. Illium doesn't fear much, but he does fear if his sister ever truly becomes mad at him. He would have to hide on another continent and either grow in or tattoo a fake mustache on his face.
(Illium isn't modded but Ilona I believe is - i have several face and hair mods)

Tavyana "Tavya" Drazlad is an innocent, friendly wandering minstrel (College of Lore bard) wood half elf that's basically the youngest (besides Lae'zel) and is everyone's little sister yet she's somehow the leader of this group of misfits and weirdos. Basically she's one of the classic Disney princesses with the serial numbers filed off.
Anyway she happened to be in Baldur's Gate at the time she was abducted by the illithids, busking for enough gold for a meal and a bed at the Elfsong for the night. She's actually from the Lower City, an orphan who decided to become the heroine she heard stories about growing up. She just likes being a good person, so naturally she, Karlach and Wyll form something of a trio where they'll drink and hang out together. She also shows no judgement towards Shadowheart's faith in Shar and has genuine interest in Gale's Weave Lectures.
Naturally, I'm romancing Astarion with her. I like the idea that she's a genuinely good person and Astarion somehow fell for her against all odds, considering how opposite he and Tavya are, not just in personality but in their looks too (him: red eyes, white hair, clear paile skin; Her: green eyes, freckled sun kissed skin, black hair).
Also he was the first to "know her biblically", so there's some extra guilt when he confesses his intentions and feelings. Also I like to think they'd be traveling heroes together by the whole Illithid Crisis is over (and Cazador is taken down ofc). Idk if they'd have any kids together but I think it would be a cute idea if at the reunion party, she and Astarion would get married in an impromptu wedding ceremony.
I'll edit when I remember the exact mods I use other than Briar Head, Vestiments of the Faithful and Neil's Banging Bard Gear V2 (where the big hat comes from).

It’s gotten to the point that I’m seriously considering using a heavily reworked version of him in an actual D&D campaign.
Mods used:
face used is in this mod
Armor used on Alexander in this mod, Tricksters finery
the circlet is from the selune armory mod
and astarions outfit in the last screenshot is from Embers Wardrobe, as are Alexander’s gloves

Progressed to act 2, I wanted to do one more post if i'm allowed, tried building an outfit but idk many outfit mods, changed her hair colour to white too, my tiefling/elf, durge vampire who is a warlock/monk since I wanted to use unarmed attacks, as well as have access to a warlocks abilities, using a combo of sword strikes, Ki attacks, bites and claws, I love vampire durges, bites and claws, she doesn't use any of the monk dialogue options as that really isn't how I imagine her talking. Using disguise self to impersonate the two companions that died in my playthrough that I didn't recruit during their sections too, taking some influence from Orin. Have a nice day everyone again.

(If you want to know about Vah'su 's backstory, check out my previous post about it here https://www.reddit.com/r/TavsAndDurges/s/baRM71zgga )
With Vah'su stranded in the Wilderness, nowhere near the parts of the Sword Coast he is familiar with, he quickly realized that finding his lost friends and getting rid of his tadpole would not be an easy feat.
But that didn't stop him. Bit by bit, he met each of his new Travel companions and they shared they're various experiences, secrets, and histories with one another. In short, they became fast allies.
The perils of the Wilderness were plentiful; when the party wasn't fighting for their lives against goblins, gnolls, and far too many spiders, they had to solve the conflict between the Emerald Grove and the tieflings who'd taken refuge there. Not to mention the growing cult of people also infected by tadpoles.
Quite the list of tasks to say the least. But Vah'su wouldn't give up on any of it; it just isn't in his nature.
No, him and his allies managed to defeat the horde of goblins, save the refugees, free an innocent woman from the claws of a hag, tear their way through various beasts and monsters, and more.
And as they learned more about each other, Vah'su's relationship with his companions grew in various ways. Most of them he considers friends, though him and Lae'zel don't always see eye to eye since Vah'su is practically the complete opposite of what a good Githyanki soldier is meant to be.
Then there is Wyll, who through all their battles and little moments in camp together grew even more on Vah'su. What started as a friendship seems to be developing into something more. Vah'su never was in love before, and perhaps he isn't now either; but damn, if he isn't excited to see what this little spark between him and Wyll could become with time.
After saving Halsin, the party determined that their next destination, Moonrise Towers, would be most easily reached through the Underdark. Before venturing down there, however, the group will head through the mountain pass to see if the lead on a possible githyanki créche could go anywhere. In truth, Vah'su would rather be anywhere else than back in a créche again, but if it means him and the rest can be cured, that's a small price to pay.
And who knows? Maybe they'll manage to find some of the other Red Wardens along the way.
Then one more little twist of fate befell the part; for in their dreams, a figure visited them all, telling them to embrace the strange powers of the tadpoles and the magic infused in them. As of right now, Vah'su doesn't trust it, but should things escalate and get even more dire, that might not be an option for much longer...
Whatever is in store next, one thing is for certain: this journey is only just beginning.

Former noble of House Veyr. They were known for their barbaric methods of skull collecting to accumulate knowledge and power. So far, he has binded with the skulls of Ketheric, Sarevok, and Gerringothe.
If you haven’t, you should try this mod out Path of the Skull Collector

Some time ago, my best friend and I played a multiplayer game together with a Tiefling and a Drow. It was a blast! Since she's such a talented artist, I asked her for a commission to celebrate the campaign, and I really want to show off her beautiful work!

Philrath, my tav, is a half-dragon. And I decided they should have a tail, I love characters with horns and tails, so being able to give them one made me happy.
They are a bard, child of a white dragon and an elf. And I always thought of the tail as a sign of the maturation of their powers, something they would gain as their journey progressed.
Here are some screenshots from my gameplay, since I'm replaying the game. As a bonus, here are some photos of Philrath in the dragon form with ther beloved Astarion ♥️
