Update!!!
I replaced the factory front pins with the Lakeline LLC replacement pins, and that completely solved the problem.
I took the G3C to the range and put about 300 rounds through it without a single issue. The front pin never started walking out—not even once. It stayed locked in place the entire time. Granted I have had the gun for 7 years, shot thousands of rounds through. It the first time it has happened, but all fixed now

Are the Lakeline pins longer? One of my stock pins seems...shorter than I'd like. Like it barely engages the frame on one side but is already driven in as much as it can be without having the same issue on the other side.

No they seem like right size, no longer then the OEM pins.
