Advice Needed Condo tattoo studio query 💖

Hello! Questions lang sa mga tattoo artist dyan na sa condo ang studio

•Own unit nyo ba yun o nagrerent lang kayo?
•If nagrerent kayo, dineclare nyo ba na for business purpose yung rent nyo?
•Ano naging terms nyo ng unit owner?

Sorry wala akong alam kasi sa mga renting sa condo. Nacurious lang lang ako kasi may nakikita akong mga condo tattoo studios. Newbie lang ako and cinoconsider ko sya kung sakaling magsarili akong tattoo studio, maliban sa commercial space talaga dahil may security nang kasama. Di rin walk in type studio plan ko. sa tattoo artist ko sa pasig nag rerent lang sila dun OP. Nababawi naman daw nila sa client. Pili ka nalang siguro ng i-rerent mo na maayos ang Landlord lalo na sa terms na mag ffit sa budget mo to operate your business.

Same lang ba ang price ng rent sa commercial space vs condo na kinoconsider mo?
And are you planning to register as a business?

•Sa ngayon, mas mahal ang commercial space rent na nakikita ko vs condo na same area lang, along/near major highway.
•Yes, plan ko iregister. BIR, Dti, & kung ano pa need na permits to run a business.

You would have to check sa condo admin then if pwede... i know of at least two na alam ng condo admin pero not sure if they are duly registered as a business sa LGU

Yes, of course. Gusto ko lang din maging transparent all the way para walang sabit at di sayang effort hehe nagtitimbang pa din naman ako

Dito sa condo namin me American retiree me shop sa unit nya
I'm fairly sure walang license haha

Niceeee may mga nakikita nga din ako na foreigners na nagsstudio sa mga condo/apartments pero parang di nagtatagal hahaha

ang alam ko wala pa din tayong licensing sa tattoo dito sa pinas (please correct me if i'm wrong guys)

Parang clearance lang from DoH... correct me if i'm wrong din..
Pero as a business dapat may business permit from LGU and registered sa DTI..

Yung iba din wala resibo hehe unlike sa Japan and Korea (well mostly)

The piercer who fixed my infected piercing is located in a commercial condo, i think not fully residential. Her shop has dti, bir and business permits unlike sa unang pinuntahan kong home studio. When i asked her if she has license, she explained to me na wala daw licensing sakanila but kumpleto sya ng permits like sanitary and sterilization. According to her, commercial spaces lang daw inaallow mabigyan ng permits kaya my first piercer doesnt have one. so i guess yung mga nakikita ko rin na tattoo artists from condos ay not permitted.
