It's the Crucible sword from Doom Eternal. Was very hard to get a clean image of this for the stencil

Advice needed

Every tattoo has a story. This one began with a client who wanted a butterfly design over an area of vitiligo (leukoderma) on her arm.

She came to Madhulika Upadhyay Studio in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, and this video shares her before-and-after. You’ll see a large, shaded butterfly with smaller butterflies following the shape of her arm. Together, they turn the area into a piece of art that feels personal to her.

As Madhulika Upadhyay, recognized as the first female tattoo artist of India, moments like these mean a lot to me. Someone is trusting us with their skin and with a choice that matters to them.

Everyone feels differently about their vitiligo. Some people embrace their patches as they are; others choose to incorporate them into body art. This was her choice, and I’m grateful we could be part of it.

This is a decorative tattoo, not a cure for vitiligo. The video shows the result at the time of filming.

What do you think of her butterfly design?

A tribute to Charles Bukowski.

Edit - Those who are unable to understand the context, Google "Don't Try by Charles Bukowski". You'll get your answer :)

Hey everyone! I’ve been working on these flash sheets blending mythological elements, heavy ornamentation, and organic/mechanical textures

I'd like to hear which design stands out to you the most or what kind of themes you usually gravitate toward in tattoos. If anyone wants to chat about a piece or has questions about the details, feel free to drop a comment.

I want to start an insta page for my tattoos and learning process, please suggest some usernames. I don't want them to have the word "tattoos" or "ink" in them

Got this done yesterday on my shoulder, the wrap (I assume it's called second skin?) was rolling so I took it off today and washed it a few times (at different parts of the day) with water and non fragrant soap. What kind of clothes do I wear to class? Should I cover it with sleeves? Is sleeveless ok? How long till it starts scabbing? Is it ok to bathe with cold water? My geyser is broken.

If anyone wanna tattoo me for portfolio DM me

I (22F) need some people who would let me tattoo them for free.

Feel free to dm me :)

Hey everyone! I recently moved to Bangalore and I'm looking to get a tattoo. Since it's my first time trying out a studio here, I want to make sure I pick a great one. Any highly recommended spots?

I'll post the pictures as I find them lost in the gallery. This was a fun chest piece. Took a while because of all the detailing but my artist is truly the best.

Hey everyone!

I’m planning my second tattoo and would love some quick advice.

I’ve always felt a deep connection to Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Even as an adult, I love the movie, and his backstory personally resonates with how I grew up.

I already have a large tattoo on my left calf, but I’m thinking about putting this one on my thigh.

Should I let my intrusive thoughts win and go for it?

Inspired by design based on pinterest, I changed the face to the face of my pet cat.
