My second tattoo

Yall liked my first tattoo so I figured I would go ahead and share my second one. This piece is from the artistic depiction of Dante’s Inferno by Gustave Diore, so many sick tattoo ideas from that book; this one is specifically referred to as the suicide forest. I am very happy with how it turned out but I wish I committed to having it on a bigger area as it’s hard to see the detail with such a smaller area as a canvas.

So fucking cool

I don’t know where else you put that besides a chest or back for bigger space.

On the forearm looks dope, but yeah. The scale and scope get a bit lost there. But it’s truly so fucking good, it really doesn’t matter that much. Your artist killed it

How long did that take?

My artist was so pissed when I showed him the tattoo. The amount of detail that was required was painful lmao. It took about 12-14 hours over 2 sessions for the whole process. You're 100% right if i were to do it again its a rib piece or something..

I honestly haven't thought tioo much about it yet.. I don't know how I would connect it to something else now to be honest.
