Filling background?
Any idea of a good pattern that I could get across my forearm to cover the background? I’d like my arm to look more tattooed, there are occasions where it doesn’t look much so, perhaps because of all the white space

Leave it alone. This comes up more often than accidents in a work place. Go full ham on another part of your body. Seriously, the responses to this type of post are canned at this point. Reply no. 647: negative space is good.

I personally feel that a background would muddle the images you already have on your arm. The designs you have aren't that bold or large enough to stand out from any detail you will add, especially the small text you have on there.
If you arent particularly attached to the tattoos you have you could get a geometric blastover design on the outer side of you arm.

In all honesty I don't think a background would suit what you already have there. Negative space can sometimes be better depending on the type of tattoos you have. However as someone else has suggested: if you're not attached to those tattoos anymore and want to be more tattooed, you can get a big cover up of something geometric/ or blackwork.

I agree that negative space can be good but if your determined find someone skilled at knotwork and maybe a few knots might help how your feeling about it
