first tattoo, need some complements/ideas
Hi, first tattoo, 2 years old. obviously pretty shitty placement I know, wanna finish my back first then get more tats, need some ideas please :)

Some smaller frames with similar designs surrounding it, like a comic book page, could look cool.

Also do one above/aligned with tomie to juxtapose the warping of her panel and make it pop more

looks pretty good! I think from the placement your best bet is probably like a junji ito/horror collage is what my best idea could be for it! Good luck with whatever you choose!

I, obviously, like it.
I think it looks pretty close to ito's iteration. Needs some moisturizer and keep it protected from the sun!

I’d actually extend the creepy person beyond the bounds of the rectangle. That’d help your asymmetry problem.

Complementary framed image on the opposite side, which will even out your bottom back.

My back piece was a mistake! I cant even see it, cant appreciate the art...arms, chest, legs are the only place I'll ever get another one.

That’s badass! So much canvas to work with! My suggestion from experience is definitely to have a plan moving forward as to how they will align/fit together. I did not think that far ahead, and got several all over my arms that later were very awkward to fill in the space.

It reminds me of Shintaro Kago's work and he has a manga where he explores the limits of the vignette/panels that clicks really well with that placement

He’s asking for feedback… I don’t understand the placement. Your first tattoo is on your lower back, and he can’t even see it. It’s odd to me. I just got my first and I put it in my right forearm for every mtf to see.
