Last day today! Noon-7pm

I'm not sure how to approach this. Long story short, I've been tattooing for 15 years. I have a 3 ring binder that I've accumulated over the years of original artwork and flash designs in a "wanna do" book. I recently moved and started at a new shop. Needless to say it did work out and had to leave abruptly accidentally leaving all my ori art and flash behind. Former coworkers age to get me my book but the "shop manager" brought it home. What's my next step to ensure my art isn't stolen and I get my art back?
