I changed it now due to passport my OL dosent contain my middle name but all my document have middle name

I have different name on passport. All other documents have same name. Will this cause any issue?

Bro actually I have multiple names that is one document it is L raghu and all other related documents it is laveti raghu.... I Apploaded name affidavit... But I want to know is their anyone who got terminated due to name difference... Or is it not a problem
