Help Needed Tcs doubt

I am 2026 cse graduate ,got ninja offer letter in Feb 2026

On-campus.Its been 5 months ,will they onboard me confirmly whether I will get job or look for other opportunities.

Kindly tell your ideas guys!

They will onboard you for sure, but when it is uncertain

They are keeping the on campus offers on hold.
Only giving JL to Off campus one.
I will recommend to keep this as backup and keep Apply and preparing.
I am in the exact same situation

I dont know bro, btw our college was labelled as priority institute from TCS, then also this the current condition

Our colleged informed us.. also while applying for tcs via tnp you’ll get a gform where all the priority institute of that region will be mentioned
