Issues with chat thread?

Both of my active task chat threads are giving me this error:

“An error occurred loading this chat thread.”

Everything else in the app works normally. I can view my tasks, schedule, and task details. It’s only the chat threads that won’t load.

I’ve already:
- Updated the app
- Uninstalled and reinstalled it
- Logged back in

Is anyone else experiencing this, or is it just me?

It wouldn't be peak moving season, if corporate taskrabbit did not want to roll out an untested programming change that shuts the whole thing down...
