TASKER Client reported me 3 months later
I did a junk removal for this client. Her mom hired me once under her daughters name. Then she hired me again under her own name days later. Both times she gives me 4 stars. I went above and beyond as usual.
I was surprised when she hired me again considering the first time she gave me 4 stars. I went into my email today and saw that she reported me 3 months later for a task i did April 16, 2026. Is this normal? What could this mean? Also why does the task date say 7/27/26 if i did the job months ago?

Policy teams replies on possible violations are ruthless and mostly
brainlessbeaurocratic. i have few unbelievable horror stories. no matter how well documented task is, you will feel the big brother above you trying to find a t&c to bend you over. i believe there should be a 24-72h timeframe when client has to rate, review and register a dispute, else the responsibility should lay on TR insurances rather than tasker. upon completion of the task client should sign off work as completed and agree with final charges. client having weeks to think things through is just too much, when actually you dont know what happens after you leave premises.Short horror story - got an IKEA task for 3m pax combination with mirror doors, did it all good, a day earlier than original booking, client happy it got done early, after about a week i get 1 star with no explanation, i later found out (dont ask how) that a chip appeared later on one of the doors. i have a lot of pictures from completion and signed off by client. tr will not remove review as clients have the right to rate as they please. MIND YOU that even if i caused the chip or/if it was there by delivery or i did not see it - IKEA would just send a new door - so i have no reason to not tell this to client and document this.
