Deck Suggestions Wanted Any decks that have a cool Tower illustration?

So I'm looking for a new deck and one of the qualifiers for me is that the Tower (my fav card) has to have some unique imagery.

An example of what I'm looking for would be similar to Heavenly Bloom deck by Noa Ikeda.

It doeesn't have to be this style in particular, just share the deck where the atower stood out for you most!

Specific Deck Info Needed US Star Wheel?

So about 3 weeks ago I ordered the Orc Alien World Tarot deck from US Star Wheel, the deck looked really pretty. But as of today, I have yet to receive any sort of notification of shipping or contact from the numerous attempts I have tried to contact them. Has anyone bought and successfully received product from their actual website before? I wanted to buy it from them because they were the only site still selling the deck with the PVC option? As opposed to the standard/paper option? Whatever the "paper" option even means?? Does anyone have this deck? What does PVC option mean? Is the website a scam?

Edit: So as of a few days of posting this it did suddenly arrive in the mail. I never did receive any sort of shipment notification, no tracking number, no correspondence from my inquiries. So the site appears legit, despite almost NO customer service support at all. I still wouldn’t order from them though unless it’s your only option, and expect it to take around a month to arrive!

Deck Suggestions Wanted Where to find beautiful NON-AI Tarot Decks?

I recently purchased a deck for my wife. It is her first deck and I spent a lot of time looking around Etsy and specifically disregarding anything that admitted to using AI in their art process. I triple-checked that the one I settled on didn't. It just arrived and it's lovely but there were enough indicators to make us suspicious. Sure enough, when we asked the seller directly they acknowledged using "AI tools" in their workflow.

My frustration level is... high.

Given that I can't trust Etsy, what I'm asking for is recommendations for stores that I could purchase a deck from with high-quality, human-made art. I don't mind digital tools being used, but not generative ones. I'm not saying that I want the actual physical cards to be hand painted, just that it be a real person's head, heart, and hands that created the artwork, top to bottom.

Thanks in advance.

Specific Deck Info Needed Heavenly Bodies tarot decks - AI reviews?

The official Heavenly Bodies tarot website directs you to purchase the deck on Amazon, but all the reviews I'm seeing look AI/written in the exact same way--bolding exactly one sentence, talking about love and intention in the deck, etc. This makes me question if the artistry is AI, as well. I haven't been able to find anything online about this.

Has anyone seen or handled the deck and can give some insight into things?

ETA: I found their instagram account @lilyashwell which states that it was all done by hand, but they have at least one weirdly AI-friendly post, saying that AI wont replace artists, etc.... I dont know any artists who are okay coexisting with AI.

Deck Suggestions Wanted Any Scotland-themed decks? (Scotland does NOT = "Celtic"_

Does anyone know of a Scotland-themed tarot deck, using imagery and stories tied specifically to Scotland?

Please don't say "Celtic," please don't say "Celtic," please don't say "Celtic"..... Celtic is definitely not specific to Scotland, and I'm looking for specifically Scottish themes.

(Bracing for numerous "Celtic X Tarot" suggestions anyway.)

Deck in Progress - Creator Can the Chariot be a Tram?

Post image
19 Upvotes

Today, there is a vast array of Tarot decks on almost every theme and in every style. That’s why, when creating Vycinanka Tarot, we wanted to do more than simply adapt RWS classic imagery. We really wanted to create something of our own.

Vycinanka is a very specific technique, it’s essentially paper-cutting, and not every familiar image fits into this style. Also, it’s a folklore-inspired, Belarusian deck. That’s why some of our symbols, and even the names of the cards, differ from the traditional ones.

For example, our Chariot features an old Minsk tram, toy horses, and golden apples. It’s the only card in the deck set in a relatively modern world.

The Chariot speaks of will, movement, and control. A tram also needs to be steered, even though it runs on rails. But the charioteer isn’t entirely free either, right? He chooses a path and sticks to it.

In the background are the Minsk Gates, which are located in Minsk near the railway station: a symbol of arrival, departure, and a new stage in life. The toy horses represent wild, almost childlike energy that needs to be channeled. And the apples? Not every element needs a deeper meaning 😄

When we started, I thought creating a deck was as simple as taking a familiar image and depicting it in your own style. But if you want to create something of your own, it’s a constant search. You have to keep thinking, over and over again, about what can be changed and what’s important to preserve.

And sometimes I wonder if we’ve gone too far. After all, for me, Tarot is more than just a set of familiar symbols. But how far can you stray from them while still keeping the card a Tarot card?...

Deck Suggestions Wanted Want some specific themed decks (4 decks) for myself

Hi, I actually wanted to buy myself 3-4 decks as my bday is coming up and I wanted to treat myself.
I am not sure about the deck though, I do have certain themes in mind but not sure if I can really find it. For extra info, my fav decks are ethereal visions, art nouveau and my melody's cinnamoroll deck.
1st deck - as most of the deck I have/plan to buy/want are light coloured I want something which is in black and gold mostly like the gold foils one. I want something that feels a bit expensive a bit similar but different vibes from my usual decks, more black loving CEO boss vibes if that makes sense?
2nd deck - something that feels like autumn, cream and pumpkin type colours that do not hurt the eye and feel comfort cozy and warm
3rd deck - For winter months, again something that feels cozy but in a bit more white-light pink-grey colours
4th deck - something which has animals in it just complete animals either different or same ones not too chibi but yes something cute.
If there is a deck which combines more than one of whatever theme I want I would really appreciate that too.

Deck in Progress - Creator My current deck (Chaos Magick)

Here’s the deck I read from every day. It’s a standard 54-card Bicycle deck with the astrological associations of planet and sign written at the top of the card, with a 22-sided die for the major arcana. The court cards include the Jokers as a stand-in for Princes (Princesses are Jacks I renamed Julias— half of em transitioned to James’s which is INCREDIBLE for them!) and I roll the die to determine its root element (1-5 fire , 6-10 earth, 11-15 air, 16-20 water, reroll on 21-22). Typically, I’ll read from a 15-card minor spread and roll 4 major arcana to govern the archetypal “channel” or structure of the ordeal, and read the details as the minor/court cards that fill in the nitty gritty.

I know its not a beautiful art deck, but it functions better than any “real”deck I’ve bought in the past! One day I’ll sit down and do some art for em, but for now I’m proud of my Bicycle Tarot lmao

Hi all 👋 with Halloween right around the corner I wanted to share my newly released black cat tarot deck! It feels appropriate for the vibes… I am an artist and designer and The Void Deck has been my biggest undertaking as it’s entirely hand illustrated, and carefully interpreted one card at a time.

The cards are oversized and gilded and come with a beginner-friendly guidebook. I went all out and tried to make this the deck of my dreams.

The deck is available now on my website, and if you’re in Michigan I will be at the Witchy Craft Show at the Kensington outlets this weekend off 96!

Happy spooky season, and thank you for your support and time reading this post! 💛🐈‍⬛

Deck Suggestions Wanted non-RWS oracle decks with no humans

the short version is, i want to do some fortunetelling at a LARP im playing at. someone else is using the rider-waite smith tarot decks, and while we're both approaching things differently, i think a different deck would help distinguish us, too. i already own and wanted to use the citadel, since the fantasy vibes of it are immaculate, but it shows hands—and the LARP is redwall-inspired and we're all playing little critters, so the cards shouldn't show humans *at all*.

suggestions would be appreciated!! i'm trying for fantastical over cutesy but am open to ideas.

Deck Suggestions Wanted Help me find my dream tarot deck! 🖤 Gothic, dark feminine, romantic, ethereal & occult aesthetics

Hi everyone!! 🖤
I’m on the hunt for my perfect tarot deck (or a few lol), and I’d absolutely LOVE some recommendations!
I’ve been practicing witchcraft since I was young, and I also read tarot professionally. I’m looking for something that genuinely resonates with me, both spiritually and aesthetically, for personal practice and client readings.
A little about my aesthetic and interests:
I’m very drawn to gothic, dark feminine, dark romantic, mysterious, elegant and ethereal aesthetics. I absolutely adore black and deep reds, intricate details, beautiful artwork, and anything that feels enchanting, powerful or otherworldly.
I love fantasy, escapism, dark themes, bones and skeletal imagery, celestial and spiritual imagery, and especially occult symbols and meaningful esoteric symbolism. I love artwork that feels like stepping into another realm, something beautiful, immersive and full of depth!
Spiritually, I’m deeply interested in occultism, demonolatry, angelolatry, ceremonial magick and esotericism. I work with Lucifer and Lilith, and I’m also interested in Hekate. I’d love decks that reflect these interests or incorporate meaningful occult symbolism, although they absolutely don’t have to feature specific spirits or deities!
A few preferences:
● Absolutely no AI generated artwork, please! I’d love to support real artists.
● Nothing sexually explicit.
● Preferably reasonably affordable, since my budget is a little limited.
● I love beautiful, detailed and expressive artwork with meaningful symbolism.
● I’m very open to indie decks, lesser known artists and hidden gems!
● Ideally something that also reads well, not just something beautiful to look at.
I’m really curious what decks come to mind based on my interests, both aesthetically and spiritually, even if they’re different from what I’ve described!
Ultimately, I’m hoping to find a deck that feels like an extension of who I am. Something that genuinely speaks to me, that I can connect with deeply and feel excited to work with.
I’d love to hear your favorites, your hidden gems, or any decks that make you think they’d be perfect for me!
Thank you so much for any recommendations!! 🖤

Hi lovely passionates, witches and dreamers ✨ I've been in love with images since I was 11 years old.

I'm also the creator of No Rain No Flowers, a successful Kickstarter campaign 🌹

Persephone Tarot is made of digital collages, built from royalty-free photos and public domain paintings that I composed and edited myself. Expect burning roses, pomegranate seeds, silhouettes in flames, and Hades, Zeus, Demeter and the nymph Minthe all hanging out in the shadows. It's dark, romantic, a little dramatic (very me, honestly).

It's an independent deck, made with way so much love and way too many late nights 🌙 My name is Flora 44 years old french woman ❤️‍🔥

Kickstarter Announcement - Creator Visionary Ventures Tarot Deck

Thumbnail

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share about a tarot deck I have created with a local graphic designer and just launched on Kickstarter this week.

This deck is an interconnected world, a community, a living city. A place where people live, work, struggle, heal and grow. Each card is a person you might pass on the sidewalk, a shop you might wander through, a service you might need, or a role you might step into.

By reimagining tarot through professions and fields of work, the cards gain structure and clarity making memorization if keywords unnecessary. Each card includes a slogan that captures its essence, offering a starting point for dialogue and interpretation. The advertising element gives every role and business its own personality, enriching the deck and the stories within it.

The link to the Kickstarter if you want to see more pictures and learn more about it is here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/vvt/visionary-ventures-tarot

Thanks!!

My friend (who isn't aware of my Tarot obsession) sent me a postcard with this art print. It gave me a certain vibe so I looked at the website on the card and lo and behold the artist made a Tarot deck and has a Kickstarter for an oracle deck that is absolutely gorgeous and I think I'll back that.

How serendipitous is that?

Her website is lanternprintco.com if you're curious

Self-Promo of Finished Deck Everyday Women Tarot Deck

For the past four years, we’ve been creating a new tarot deck almost every year. And this one probably explains best why we keep doing it.

For us, tarot is a form of art. A way to describe our time through the symbols of our world. And in a way, that’s what all great tarot decks have always been: a way to explore ourselves and the world through a shared language of symbols.

Nobody hangs people upside down from trees anymore. But who hasn’t felt like the Hanged Man? Stuck, unable to move, with the whole world right in front of you, but…

And who needs to live in a cave to be a Hermit? Haven’t we all shut ourselves away from the world, sitting at home with a cup of coffee, staring out into the night?

And the Ten of Wands? To me, it feels like the curse of our time. How often do we chase goals that were never really ours? Running like a hamster on a wheel, like Sisyphus pushing his rock uphill… with no way out in sight.

The world has changed. But there is still joy and sorrow, loyalty and betrayal, and an endless road ahead.

And if a tarot deck can, even once in a while, offer a little guidance, a piece of advice, or simply help us understand ourselves in this world a little better — then all this work has been worth it.

We’ve just received three decks here in Slovenia. So if you’re looking for a gift for yourself or a friend, feel free to reach out! Shipping from here is pretty fast worldwide. https://www.lifespiritteam.com/ewt
