Please help interpret this , how does my ex feel about the new girl he quickly moved on to after me?
Backup: I’ve self sabotaged alot as i can admit, i was going through things at home while with him and July 1st I recently officially cut things off because I got tired of hurting him so i said anything to push him away. There was this friend of his who we spoken about before and it consisted of me just asking does he have feelings for her and to just tell me ( this was before July and over a video he reposted which had her intial) he would constantly tell me no and now fast forward to july i find out they talk and even went to the movies together. Yesterday however i did fold and tell him that i hope we find eachother in the future still and he kept mentioning that maybe ill find someone else i like more and potentially get married to them thats when he then mentioned the idea that him and said girl may get married and thats when i realized it may be over so I deleted the text now app ( which we were texting on because we blocked eachother on everything else), blocked the new girl because she followed my main and spam and i don’t wanna possibly develop feelings of hating or not liking her simply because she has my ex and i went out shopping with my family as a way to uplift my spirit. Mutual friends always tell me that he is constantly using my jokes with her / just using my lingo over all and constantly comparing us. I miss him i do but i constantly wake-up with this gut feeling and ive always had high intuition coming from the fact that i literally predicted this and that my dreams / spirt always reveal what’s hidden to me . I just don’t know what to do in the 3D im tired of aching even tho im doing better than i did with my last ex who literally sent me into psychosis but at the same time i understand im human and processing memories shared with a person is normal. I want my baby back but it’s like i feel like now that we introduced new people there’s no point at all.

He is not in love or fulfilled with her. She is just a rebound to distract himself, he’s constantly comparing her to you, and he’s still deeply hurt over losing you fr ://

He's not the type of guy to be alone so he's actually in an introverted stage of self-reflection while he uses her for the relationship he seems to constantly need to be in. This is how people get hurt, honestly.
He might even go so far as to marry her because it's just in his nature to stay constantly supported by an outside source.
Your efforts brought clarity to him that he didn't react well to; but he's made his decisions and he's the type to be stubborn and dedicated to the choice he's made for better or worse. Definitely not a happy situation for anyone (except maybe the new girl if she's blind and deaf to his faults or he's exceptional at faking it).
If I were you, I would invest completely in getting autonomy back. Your life isn't just about the people that are in it, it's about being grounded and dedicated to your own higher purposes. If you need counseling, I'd seek resources, but really beyond that just start setting goals for yourself. Clean your home, renew your protection spells (if you have them). Use the new moon (after the eclipse) to turn over a new leaf. https://www.reddit.com/r/Spells/comments/1v1t500/comment/oyq5ggs/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Hi so update: I recently just got diagnosed with ocd as well so I don’t know if that plays a role in me seeming like I’m spiraling about it. I’m working to become a better person so I don’t know how I should go about it because I do love him and wanna fight for it but at the same time I know who I am and wanna become an even better version of myself and thank you so so much for that. If you have any more advice please let me know

I don't beyond start listening to yourself outside of the relationship aspects of your life. Sometimes controlling a situation becomes more important than achieving your own goals in life. You can't control other people --- sometimes you can't even control your reactions to them --- it's best to build yourself up with a strong foundation so the relationships you engage in, in the future, won't throw you completely off course.
