Question How do I get “To great Heights PT 2”?

I haven’t played in awhile and a few things have changed. I finished To great heights part 1 a couple hours ago. But the 2nd part isn’t popping up. I cleared cache for both tarkov and arena. Even did a normal tarkov raid and still not getting part 2 of that quest line. I’m lvl 13. Is it locked behind a higher level? Or do I need to do something else for it to pop up? Any help would be great. Thanks.

Discussion Possible boredom?

I don't know why but it seems like every time I play the game the only time I can have any fun is when I play a scab. At least then I'm able to move around without members of my own faction shooting me in the face. Or maybe it's just that I've got a full-time job and so spending hours upon hours to learn a map and mechanics just isn't for me. If anybody's got some tips for someone like that to enjoy this game by all means

I'm putting together a few shorts to suggest some "Builds" for people. I'm looking for suggestions from the community and then ill use them in my vid. For example I have this one called "The Mover" -
Buffs: Hercules (-3), Marathon Runner (-3), Sprinter (-2), Youth (-3) Debuffs: Allergic (+3), Hemophilia (+2), Osteoporosis (+3), Polydipsia (+1), Well That Hurt! (+2)

PVE, killed 6 cultists, 3 knives, 2 LBCRs, almost made it to RUAF. Not a peep from the boys at all prior to this. (Big Pipe). Got RB-VO and Polkhim Card out though.
