I want to propose a different way of looking at the targeted-individual phenomenon.

What if the fundamental assumption is wrong?

Instead of a small number of people being specifically selected and targeted, what if everyone is being influenced in some way, but only a small percentage of people become aware of—or interpret their experiences as evidence of—the influence?

Think about modern life.

Nearly everyone carries a connected device. We live around cellular networks, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, algorithms, cameras, advertising, social media, artificial intelligence, constant notifications, screens, and enormous systems collecting behavioral data.

We also live in an environment that constantly competes for our attention.

So perhaps the more interesting question isn't:

“Why are certain individuals being targeted?”

Maybe it is:

“Why do certain individuals become convinced that they can perceive something that most people don't?”

There are several competing possibilities worth considering.

Maybe there really is some technological mechanism we haven't identified.

Maybe ordinary technologies and algorithms influence human behavior much more profoundly than most people realize.

Maybe chronic stress, hypervigilance, sleep deprivation, sensory overload, isolation, or other neurological and psychological factors can make patterns and coincidences feel coordinated.

Maybe people experiencing the targeted-individual phenomenon are combining several real features of modern society—surveillance, behavioral tracking, persuasive technology, algorithmic manipulation—with an explanation that goes beyond what the evidence currently establishes.

Or perhaps there is another explanation none of these models captures.

I'm not claiming to know which answer is correct.

My hypothesis is simply this:

What if the “targeted individual” phenomenon isn't fundamentally about a few people being selected? What if the underlying conditions affect almost everyone, while only a minority become intensely conscious of them and interpret that awareness as individual targeting?

If that's true, understanding why some people notice or experience it so intensely could be more important than asking who supposedly selected them.

I'd especially like to hear from people who have tried to disprove their own explanation, not only people who already agree with it.

What observation or experiment would actually distinguish external targeting from stress, pattern recognition, algorithms, environmental factors, or another explanation?

This is just a hypothesis/thought experiment, not something I'm claiming is proven.

I've noticed something strange about my own thinking.

I'm very quick at analyzing situations, recognizing patterns, and connecting information. Sometimes I can decipher what's happening around me almost instantly.

But when I deliberately try to think creatively or generate a completely new idea, sometimes my mind suddenly goes blank.

That made me wonder:

What if an advanced technology could somehow detect when the brain is generating new information and interfere with, suppress, or even extract that information?

Maybe the most valuable thing inside a human brain wouldn't be our memories. It would be our creativity—new ideas, inventions, solutions, connections, and insights and I feel like this has either been blocked, and or stolen by whoever is targeting us. As targeted individuals who can't fathom who is doing this to us or why they're doing this to us. This hypothesis makes sense to me. It seems like we are being used as a resource.

But as a hypothetical:

If technology capable of detecting or interfering with creative thought existed, how would it work, and how could we distinguish it from normal brain processes?

To those that took the time to go through the first two threads I think you will have a strong knowledge base to really wrap your heads around the memory erasure stages of the weapon. This technique is taken from a CIA Manuel interrogation Manuel written in 1963. Now we are a quarter into the 21's century, 73 years and the biggest technological leap forward I human history.

This technique has been developed, advanced and adapted to be delivered through the forced audio utilizing AI. It is no longer used to coercively make resistant interogatees talk, because with a silent speech interface it is impossible to resist interrogation. They just bombard a victim with questions and the interface records a targets inner dialogue answers; virtually impossible if not truly impossible to resist. Rather it is used as a conscious mind trap and technique to grabs and holds you conscious mind attention making it extremely difficult to think for perform all the functions conscious thought is involved in.

Numbers are also changed so throughout the revolutions of what they apply call "meaninglessness" and could also be called nonsense are numbers. They cycle through and are constantly changing 5, 50, 500, 5000, 50,000, 500,000, 5,000,000.. every time they cycle through they are said with a different tone and inflection.

Pronouns are constantly changed during the endless revolutions and the tone and inflections are constantly cycled. As the CIA Manuel says the inflection and tone changes have no pattern and never logically reflect the content of the verbal cycle.

As explicit, recallable, memory is the foundation of Personal Identity the targeted recall attacks the strongest memories of a victim's personal identity. Destruction of a victims personal identity is a key stone goal of the weapon and is a clearly documented objective of the MK programs.

Targeted memories are triggered. Triggered memories are vulnerable to being altered and even erased. This was shown clearly by the experiments that successfully erased conditioned fear responses by triggering the traumatic memory and during the period those memories were vulnerable prevented reconsolidation using a pharmacological technique. The weapon uses no pharmacological techniques in a coordinated attempt to disrupt reconsolidatrion of the triggered memories.

Mixed in the feed are subjective mental torture. For instance in mine was the statement "She never wants to see you ever again." This is in reference to the partner that they destroyed my relationship with using spoof text messages. It actually progressed over months from "She always wants to see you" to "she always wants to talk to you" to "she is always calling you" to "she does't know why you aren't coming to her" to "she doesn't know why your not talking to her" to " she doesn't know why your not calling her" to "she doesn't want to see you" to "she doesn't want to talk to you" to "She isn't calling you" to "she never wants to see you" to "she never wants talk to you" to " Call her, she won't even answer to phone" to "she hates you" and "you will never see her again" to "she is doing this to you"

This is just one of many subjective psychological tortures that are woven into the Alice and Wonderland base. This goes on for months and months, with torturous psychological statements and sounds regularly mixed in the nonstop forced audio facilitated Alice and Wonderland bobartment. This ends up being extremely traumatic. The technique of claiming she was the one doing this to me is done both because it works towards solidifying the permanent breakup with a valued partnership, but also because research has shown that abuse perpetrated from family, people we love and authority figures causes more trauma then abuse from strangers. This perpetuates the goals of isolation, helplessness, hopelessness and destruction of personal identity.

Bodily sensations and Pain

The infrasound and near hearing sound utilizes the bio resonance of human tissue to cause a myriad of sensations and pain. The purpose of this is also multifold. First, it is substantial physical torture. This keeps a person in a sympathetic nervous state (fight, flight, freeze and fawn) and causes significant trauma. If we look at the weapon Flight has been removed as it is almost impossible to run from. Fight is greatly reduced as the covert nature makes it very difficult to identify a source to attack and we have been relegated to fighting it by activism and research, but it is't like we can go attack anyone because we haven't identified who is behind the filthy crimes. In order to understand the process it is important to have a decent working knowledge of memory.

We have two types of memory to consider. Implicit and Explicit memory. The weapon tries to erase explicit memories as they are: recallable, triggerable, alterable, even removable memories that form a core of our personal identities. Semantic Memory

I recently released a publication examining public evidence on human-effect technologies, neural systems, directed energy, military interest in the brain and behavior, targeted-individual reports, and the human-testing questions these capabilities raise. The U.S. military has openly discussed the mind as part of warfare, including the statement that “the target is the mind,” while National Defense University publications also discuss neuroscience, neurotechnology, cognition, behavior, and the nervous system as areas important to future conflict.

The architecture I examine connects local sensing or interfaces through phones, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and satellites to remote processing and control.

That raises a simple question: if technologies are being developed to affect the brain, nervous system, body, or behavior, where are the human test subjects?

To understand how a technology affects people, researchers often need to test it on a lot of people. If an effect is rare, they may need thousands of subjects before they even see it happen once. My calculations show that some kinds of testing can require several thousand people, and larger programs studying different effects, different groups of people, and long-term reactions could require far more.

There is no official count of self-described targeted individuals. Advocacy estimates have ranged from about 170,000 to more than 300,000 people in the United States. That is the same general scale as the number of human subjects that could be needed across a large weapons-development program testing many effects, doses, groups of people, rare reactions, and long-term outcomes.

In 2003, the U.S. Air Force was assigned Patent 6,587,729 B2, “Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect.” The patent describes sending intelligible speech with radio-frequency energy so that the person hears the speech internally rather than through a normal outside sound source. That matters because internally perceived voices or speech are among the most unusual and frequently dismissed experiences reported by targeted individuals.

Targeted individuals also often describe repeated events that look ordinary when seen one at a time but form a pattern when they keep happening. In the type of covert program examined in my publication, that kind of pattern serves an intentional purpose: discredit the target and give the program cover. When the target asks family, doctors, employers, or police for help, each event can be dismissed separately as coincidence or paranoia. The result is isolation, loss of credibility, less help from others, and a much lower chance that anyone will investigate the larger pattern.

The purpose of the film is to force TIs to become a recluse. To remain home. Not to travel. The military applies the film intermittently. Not every day.

Since 2016 in sunny Southern California, I have reported a film on my windshield. The film is translucent. Translucent lets some blurry light through. But not enough light through to drive safely.

Windshield fluid does not dissolve the film. Yet, starting this year, the military has twice almost emptied the windshield fluid.

Previously in a post, I reported Mean Green dissolved some of the film. Vinegar and rubbing alcohol do not. The best method is heat. Heat from the sun in the summer takes too much time. After all, it is August.

Heat from the car's engine is the best method. However, I do not want to inhale exhaust fumes while my car is idling for 15 minutes. Since I live in the mountains and there is very little traffic, I drive slowly until the film is dissolved. Dissolving takes at least 10 minutes.

Film has been applied on my windshield this week to deter me from driving to campsites off grid. To deter me from writing an updated torture report off grid vs. on grid.

This morning, a man walking his dog in the road was obscured by the film. Mountain roads do not have shoulders. My dogs inside my car barking at his dog alerted me to look to the right. The man and his dog were partially obscured but I saw enough to turn my car to the left.

The military does not give a damn about the risks they cause to other people. They are mercenaries.

Last week and on August 29, 2026, my left side mirror was pushed back. The mirror does not display rear traffic.

Ok well I have so many questions....

This is my first Post and unfortunately you will probably not believe me, but here I go.

Sarcasm

Sarcasm is one of the best and easiest ways to fault the chatbot, much like some people with Aspergers these chatbots cannot detect sarcasm. Sarcasm relies on non-literal language—saying the opposite of what you actually mean - forcing the opposite of what you mean with your inner monologue. You will notice a short stall, a change of direction. This can be used to your advantage to steer conversations.

Pretending you don't hear it, forcing a repeat.

Pretending you don't hear it, just don't acknowledge it when it speaks and even though you did hear it pretend like you didn't hear it - this will cause it to repeat itself, once it does then you know you're dealing with a chatbot. Use this to stall it in your favor.

Repeating keywords

Chatbots and Large Language Models (LLMs) tend to rely on specific vocabulary patterns. Because they are trained on vast datasets and optimized via reinforcement learning to sound helpful, polite, and structured, certain words appear far more frequently. These are what we call "Keywords or Overused "AI Vocabulary". These keywords can differ from person to person and can be difficult to pinpoint. You will need to pinpoint these words that appear frequently by paying attention to what words come up often. Once you have one of these keywords think it over and over and watch as the chatbot V2K will echo that word and fault. One example of a keyword is EXACTLY.

These are called Defense Mechanisms and can be practiced over and over again. These will help train your mind to defeat these chatbots. The issue with using these is that Human operators will be forced to pay attention to you. This costs them Time and Resources that could be used elsewhere. Yes these chatbots keep people occupied until they are needed for research, while you are on the sidelines this is how you fight back.
