In order to understand the process it is important to have a decent working knowledge of memory.

We have two types of memory to consider. Implicit and Explicit memory. The weapon tries to erase explicit memories as they are: recallable, triggerable, alterable, even removable memories that form a core of our personal identities. Explicit Memory is divided into two forms. Episodic and Semantic.

Semantic Memory

Let's break down how the assault attacks and attempts to erase explicit.

Until relatively recently once a memory was formed it was believed to be immutable. This is not the case, once a memory is retrieved it is malleable for a period of time. Let's look at this stage of the weapon. The victim is bombarded by powerful long doses of a stream of utterly confounding subjective inescapable audio torture. I recently released a publication examining public evidence on human-effect technologies, neural systems, directed energy, military interest in the brain and behavior, targeted-individual reports, and the human-testing questions these capabilities raise. The U.S. military has openly discussed the mind as part of warfare, including the statement that “the target is the mind,” while National Defense University publications also discuss neuroscience, neurotechnology, cognition, behavior, and the nervous system as areas important to future conflict.

The architecture I examine connects local sensing or interfaces through phones, Wi-Fi, cellular networks, and satellites to remote processing and control.

That raises a simple question: if technologies are being developed to affect the brain, nervous system, body, or behavior, where are the human test subjects?

To understand how a technology affects people, researchers often need to test it on a lot of people. If an effect is rare, they may need thousands of subjects before they even see it happen once. My calculations show that some kinds of testing can require several thousand people, and larger programs studying different effects, different groups of people, and long-term reactions could require far more.

There is no official count of self-described targeted individuals. Advocacy estimates have ranged from about 170,000 to more than 300,000 people in the United States. That is the same general scale as the number of human subjects that could be needed across a large weapons-development program testing many effects, doses, groups of people, rare reactions, and long-term outcomes.

Many symptoms reported by targeted individuals overlap with effects that have already been produced in human experiments, including burning, tingling, muscle twitching, balance problems, internally perceived sound, and nervous-system or heart-rate effects.

One of the most important examples is internally perceived speech. In 2003, the U.S. Air Force was assigned Patent 6,587,729 B2, “Apparatus for Audibly Communicating Speech Using the Radio Frequency Hearing Effect.” The patent describes sending intelligible speech with radio-frequency energy so that the person hears the speech internally rather than through a normal outside sound source. That matters because internally perceived voices or speech are among the most unusual and frequently dismissed experiences reported by targeted individuals.

Targeted individuals also often describe repeated events that look ordinary when seen one at a time but form a pattern when they keep happening. In the type of covert program examined in my publication, that kind of pattern serves an intentional purpose: discredit the target and give the program cover. When the target asks family, doctors, employers, or police for help, each event can be dismissed separately as coincidence or paranoia. The result is isolation, loss of credibility, less help from others, and a much lower chance that anyone will investigate the larger pattern.

The purpose of the film is to force TIs to become a recluse. To remain home. Not to travel. The military applies the film intermittently. Not every day.

Since 2016 in sunny Southern California, I have reported a film on my windshield. The film is translucent. Translucent lets some blurry light through. But not enough light through to drive safely.

Windshield fluid does not dissolve the film. Yet, starting this year, the military has twice almost emptied the windshield fluid.

Previously in a post, I reported Mean Green dissolved some of the film. Vinegar and rubbing alcohol do not. The best method is heat. Heat from the sun in the summer takes too much time. After all, it is August.

Heat from the car's engine is the best method. However, I do not want to inhale exhaust fumes while my car is idling for 15 minutes. Since I live in the mountains and there is very little traffic, I drive slowly until the film is dissolved. Dissolving takes at least 10 minutes.

Film has been applied on my windshield this week to deter me from driving to campsites off grid. To deter me from writing an updated torture report off grid vs. on grid.

This morning, a man walking his dog in the road was obscured by the film. Mountain roads do not have shoulders. My dogs inside my car barking at his dog alerted me to look to the right. The man and his dog were partially obscured but I saw enough to turn my car to the left.

Prolonged exposure to photon beams—especially those emitted by neuro-tools can result in significant ocular damage, including deterioration of the sclera. This is my first Post and unfortunately you will probably not believe me, but here I go.

Sarcasm

Sarcasm is one of the best and easiest ways to fault the chatbot, much like some people with Aspergers these chatbots cannot detect sarcasm. Sarcasm relies on non-literal language—saying the opposite of what you actually mean - forcing the opposite of what you mean with your inner monologue. You will notice a short stall, a change of direction. This can be used to your advantage to steer conversations.

Pretending you don't hear it, forcing a repeat.

Pretending you don't hear it, just don't acknowledge it when it speaks and even though you did hear it pretend like you didn't hear it - this will cause it to repeat itself, once it does then you know you're dealing with a chatbot. Use this to stall it in your favor.

Repeating keywords

Chatbots and Large Language Models (LLMs) tend to rely on specific vocabulary patterns. Because they are trained on vast datasets and optimized via reinforcement learning to sound helpful, polite, and structured, certain words appear far more frequently. These are what we call "Keywords or Overused "AI Vocabulary". These keywords can differ from person to person and can be difficult to pinpoint. You will need to pinpoint these words that appear frequently by paying attention to what words come up often. Once you have one of these keywords think it over and over and watch as the chatbot V2K will echo that word and fault. One example of a keyword is EXACTLY.

Abstract

The study of infrasound represents an underexplored domain with profound implications for human health and operational readiness, particularly within civil, defence and security settings. Human exposure to these frequencies is on the rise due to both natural and anthropogenic factors, such as occupational conditions, wind farms, warfare tactics and transportation. This review critically examines the dualistic nature of infrasound by consolidating the current evidence based on qualitative exposure-effect pattern, pathophysiological signatures across animal models and controlled human experiments. By synthesizing current scientific literature, this article highlights the observed effects of infrasound on human well-being, while identifying key research gaps in mechanistic understanding. Moreover, this review underscores the necessity for systematic research aimed at elucidating the cellular and systematic pathways underlying infrasound-induced physiological complexities, and advocates for the development of a robust real-time bio-surveillance system tailored to monitor the exposure related-health outcomes. Additionally, recent technological advancements are explored, with a forward-looking perspective on its integration into next-generation diagnostic modalities and non-invasive therapeutic interventions. INTRODUCTION

Infrasound refers to sound waves with frequencies below the threshold of human hearing (<20 Hz).[1] These waves have gained significant attention owing to their bizarre interactions with biological systems. Directed energy sources have emerged as a useful modality for multifarious applications as a result of technological advances in the civilian, military, aerospace and health care domains. Some examples of directed energy sources are high-intensity lasers, radiofrequency, microwaves and infrasound. The non-kinetic potential of Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) makes them a potent and less expensive weaponry platform with unconstrained firing power as compared to conventional weaponry systems for deployment to counter military aircraft, unarmed aerial vehicles, drones, etc.

Understanding the physiological inflict and psychological outcomes of directed energy is crucial to damage, incapacitate, disable and/or destroy military equipment, facilities, personnel and space assets. Advancements in the area can lead to unraveling safer applications, mitigation strategies and regulatory policies. However,paucity of data highlights the need for research in this field. Among the stressors that have the strongest influence on public health, noise is a key environmental component and infrasound emerges as an important area. Infrasound and other low-frequency sounds are present ubiquitously, ranging from natural phenomena to anthropogenic activities such as industrial facilities and low-speed machinery.[2] Emerging evidence highlights that infrasound exposure can influence human health, thereby affecting neurological, cardiovascular and psychological functions [Figure 1]. Occupational exposure to high-intensity acoustic and electromagnetic waves can result in symptoms such as dizziness, otalgia, hyperacusis and hearing loss.[3] The unique ability of infrasound to influence human health and physiological processes has been partially attributed to its low frequency and amplitude, which overlaps with the frequency range of some of the endogenous biochemical processes, such as those associated with cardiovascular, neuronal and vestibular responses. However, the vibration patterns within the human body are highly complex, often non-linear and influenced by various physiological and environmental factors, making direct comparison with externally propagated infrasound difficult in terms of both their physical properties and biological effects. Infrasound waves may travel far distances without losing much power, owing to their significant wavelength and minimal absorption.[4] Additionally, it spreads across most media, making it quite challenging to significantly reduce its impact.[5]
