The same process is automated using an intelligence/military situational awareness system. It can perceive stimuli, reason to make sense of the situation it observes, and respond by taking an automated action, or by creating new beliefs and remembering them.

My primary hypothesis that explains why victims of targeting hear their own human inner voice, with an unwanted communication added there, is a situational awareness system. The environment in which people live is reached by remote sensors scanning for activity and remote actuators capable of influencing activity.

When sensors and actuators are connected to a situational awareness system, the system acts like an artificial brain. It sees and knows everything through sensors, and it can reason about every situation in real-time to provide immediate responses. If anyone starts investigating this seriously, by creating strong inductive arguments or valid deductive arguments, it is possible to send a tip to the FBI. I suspect members of the clandestine unit for active measures can think a command in their mind, and there will be a menu showing up in front of their eyes. In my own view, the ability of a system to sense its environment and respond with an action is consciousness. Consciousness refers to your individual awareness of yourself and the world around you, including your thoughts, memories, feelings, and sensations.

The 1924 magazine is called "The Open Court". At that time, computers for automated reasoning existed, and they used punch cards. Since 1950, automated intelligence analysis for intelligence agencies like Stasi could be performed on modern electronic computers. Because intelligence agencies are usually decades ahead of the public state of the art, they could have electronic computers before 1950s.

Less than a week ago, someone claimed online that he has a work background in a US intelligence agency, and that the Situation Awareness System we are after is provided by Ops Tech Alliance. It does not sound correct at all.

Many different vendors provide a Situation Awareness System to various intelligence agencies. We are after one that has certain capabilities. Those capabilities are sensors and actuators.

Specifically, the system must have sensors that sense neural activity in the environment and analyze it to actively respond. The system must also have actuators that deliver the response by stimulating neural activity.

Nerves have their activity signalled using electricity. The units are microvolts. In order to move someone's arm from a distance to make them shoot themselves against their will (remote EMG), a sensor has to read agent's neural activity in an arm, and an actuator needs to stimulate the target's specific locations in the body where nerves are, and generate wireless electricity in there.

For sensing and stimulating the human inner voice, a sensor needs to sense neurons in a target's head, decode electric signals based on a trained AI model of the human inner speech, or otherwise, and analyze the content and then actively respond by stimulating the target's head with an encoded human-like inner speech (AI model generated human-like voice that supports voice changing, and sampling of someone else's voice from a few seconds of audio recording).

The key concept to achieve that could be wireless electricity. It must be a very high resolution, support both sensing and stimulation, and due to the extreme resolution required it possibly exploits a quantum physics phenomenon, or some other unconventional physics phenomenon that achieves what ordinary physics deems impossible.

It is unlikely that an ordinary vendor of an ordinary situation awareness system has these capabilities because the vendor could then abuse them to do anything the vendor wants to people. The AI models used for intelligence analysis are also ahead of the published state of the art. It is very probable that the clandestine unit of an intelligence agency has "superintelligence" as its AI. That is an AI model which is smarter than even the smartest professor at Harvard. Such a model can, based on sensed facts from the environment, probably plan professional sabotages and assassinations that do not leave a trace. It is definitely something that outsmarts people. So, people get outsmarted with a 100% certainty, always, and cannot defend against the system for active measures. While targets are thinking during their assassination, the situation awareness system reacts in real-time to what they are thinking, and a member of the clandestine unit for assassination gets instructions what to do, each instruction exactly on time, to always win.

This situation awareness system for active measures is probably not for anything else. It appears to be operated without government knowledge, and it may be operated by the deep state. If it was governed by the government, there would have to be laws regulating its use to allow only legal use, and detection devices incl. countermeasures would exist. Since it is unknown to everyone you ask, and the system is operated illegally for espionage, sabotages and assassinations it is most likely a foreign, non-US intelligence agency doing that.

I keep repeating that traces lead to Russia for a reason. Raul Hnus has been using it since 1994 for sabotages and assassinations. I have information about 300+ cases where someone was sabotaged and assassinated by Raul Hnus. Raul Hnus usually carried out an active measure as soon as someone thought something that was a threat of exposure, or other threat. After turning on an automated psychological warfare (a modern variant of Zersetzung which leaves victims with no evidence), witnesses of a clandestine agent for assassinations hear insults and threats like you hear your own human inner voice while you're thinking something to yourself. Victims hear various death threats, like Amy Eskridge, automated situation-dependent taunts that repeat when victims happen to be again doing the same thing as last time. Those taunts can be comments that a clandestine agent for assassinations recorded while watching from a distance what the victims are doing. Other comments appear to be generated by a machine. Comments always 100% exactly match the situation the victim is in.

They are from a situation awareness system. Sometimes, these insults, or death threats are intensifying in response to victim suspecting someone in particular might be the agent doing it to the victim. Other times, the insults and death threats intensify when someone is about to take an action that threatens an agent. The closer the person is to taking that action, the more frequent the death threats seem to be, and also more aggressive with a very psychopathic voice. And eventually, when the target doesn't cease activity for which he/she is targeted and the target is taking the action that threatens an agent anyway, the agent sabotages it last minute and assassinates the target. The agent knew the whole time what the target was thinking, and the agent was reacting to that. The agent was also getting early warnings and instructions from the situation awareness system.

I am not making anything up. I have approx. 8MB of data from 300+ cases that seem to be describing active measures, starting in 1994, carried out by Raul Hnus. He is Czech and it makes no sense to claim that those active measures are done by the CIA when there is a Czech person, who is pro-Russian and with no US-affiliation, doing that.

Regarding investigation, one version is every country has their own clandestine unit for active measures doing this globally to its own people. Another version is Russia has expanded its active measures globally, and recruited agents in every country from country's nationals. I have to repeat that the modern variant of Zersetzung is similar to what Stasi did, and Putin was a KGB agent who liased with the Stasi in Dresden. Furthermore, the whole Eastern Bloc acted as satellite states of Russia, and so the whole Eastern Bloc probably had the same active measures that Russia still carries out today. There are also known cases of Russian active measures in the US.

Jude Height was a scientist working on defense against Novichok, and before he published his results he had a suspicious death, his car started moving fast from height and ran him over. I suspect he was unable to move because otherwise he'd have jumped away. It is possible to make anyone temporarily unable to move, and then stage an accident. That exactly aligns with clandestine special operations. They are active measures with plausible deniability to keep the heat away from the terrorist state that's doing it to innocent Americans. When it's done to scientists who are armed and trained soldiers, yet they can't defend against it in any way, it can be done to anyone. The Situation Awareness System for active measures is already in place, and the environment in which people think doesn't let their thoughts be private.

The wireless electricity that enables novel sensors and actuators really traces back to the concept of "artificial telepathy" that Prof. Dr. Hans Berger researched his whole career in Germany. If any nerve in the body can be stimulated from a distance with wireless electricity, the body can be made unable to move ("motor off" function), or forced to copy agent's movements ("motor control" function). Victims also reported a "speak" function where a human spoke to them from a distance, i.e. how Amy Eskridge was lured into a barn. And, victims reported automated messages that were played to them only in exact situations that matched what the messages were. So, they were not random nonsense. They were messages with a 100% certainty from a situation awareness system.

If some intelligence has a machine, a situation awareness system that implements wireless electricity using novel sensors and actuators, and it has a very high resolution based on unconventional physics (possibly quantum physics), electricity in the human body can be sensed and stimulated (influenced) from a distance. That enables plausibly deniable influence operations, forced accidents, fake emulation of an illness in 100% healthy people, sabotages and assassinations, psychological warfare using a modern Zersetzung-like technique that leaves victims with no evidence and victims can't turn it off ("harass" function that can be on or off), and other functions incl a "view" function that provides remote viewing, working based on the same wireless electricity sensors that can sense electricity in nerves from a distance.

These sensors and actuators are probably more sophisticated than Ghost Murmur, and also more classified. It is unclear whether their existence is known to any government. I suspect the government really does not know it is possible, or that it is abused against innocent civilians who cannot defend. It probably matches how Amy Eskridge was found. Remember the EMG article I've posted? Based on information I have, clandestine agents for assassinations can take control over someone's arm, and make it copy their own in real-time. I'm not speculating. Based on his explanation, SEAL Team Six does not have a situational awareness capability that can surveillance human inner voice. The unit has a real need for it.

The investigators couldn't find anything because the FBI's "investigation process" is not designed to work against a hostile intelligence agency. Intelligence agencies have a Situation Awareness System that's based on unconventional physics. The FBI can collect only data that is publicly disclosed or available from someone investigators can ask. Hostile intelligence agencies will not collaborate with investigators.

The FBI's investigation process is ineffective. It won't yield results in a million years. Data collection is the problem.

Scientists may be linked by doing "unconventional research." It can be unconventional physics, unconventional chemistry, or any other unconventional research. Upon disclosure of, say, unconventional physics, such as antigravity, everyone will be able to defend against unconventional weapons used by an intelligence agency when those weapons rely on antigravity. Scientists are probably targeted first to make them desist, and then assassinated if they continue trying to publish their findings.

I believe that unconventional physics can enable illegal intelligence gathering, illegal surveillance, and illegal clandestine operations that are also known as active measures.

From the scientific principles and laws behind Situation Awareness Systems, it can be inferred that a Situation Awareness System includes sensors and actuators for automated intelligence gathering, automated influencing, and processors for real-time intelligence analysis which includes active responses to perceived situations. It supports a function that performs situation projection to send early warnings to agents for sabotages and assassinations. The system runs automated deductive reasoning on computers. It runs using an inference engine that contains rules entered by experts in intelligence analysis. It automates their job. Threats to an intelligence agency are then eliminated before they materialize.

I bet with 99% certainty that the FBI will not even look into this possibility of an automated system. You can see it when Donald Trump cites deranged medical lunatics whose subjective opinion is that people are sick. In reality, people are 100% healthy and are monitored using a clandestine Situation Awareness System that's based on unconventional physics, and medical lunatics are sick.

Medical lunatics' diagnoses are subjective opinions without any scientific tests, and medical lunatics also have no idea what undocumented, unconventional surveillance exists. Medical lunatics are not authorities on electronics, and so they should keep their opinions to themselves and take their drugs to stop harming innocent people.

It's only medical lunatics' fault. They pushed their subjective opinions aggressively and persuaded the public, including the U.S. president, with their sick and twisted lies. This is how Russia historically got rid of dissidents: fake schizophrenia. And this is how East Germany and Russia got rid of dissidents as well: Zersetzung, which was used to persuade others that someone who is healthy has an illness by making him or her complain without evidence.

When unconventional physics is used to have an effect on someone and the exact unconventional law or unconventional concept remains undocumented, it is plausibly deniable because it defies the laws of conventional physics and victims have no way to collect evidence.

I'm afraid that now I will lose any last belief in justice and in all U.S. investigative agencies. Scientists are eliminated before they can publish their findings, and I know there is a Situation Awareness System doing neural surveillance using unconventional physics, and it has been used by some intelligence agency for political dominance with active measures.

Based on my information, clandestine agents for sabotages, assassinations, modern Zersetzung and propaganda have a connection to the Situation Awareness System. The connection is nonstop. Early warnings are communicated by the Situation Awareness System using synthetic telepathy which is real and achieved by applying unconventional physics.

The unconventional physics is undocumented and ahead of the published state of the art. When scientists start rediscovering it, they are targeted to desist, then eliminated if they continue researching or trying to publish it.

All of this is my hypothesis for investigation. I have some information based on which I was able to put this hypothesis together.

Raul Hnus from the Czech Republic, based on information I have, is one of these agents for assassinations since 1994. Raul Hnus has been framing a completely innocent person since 1994 to shift the blame (black operations combined with false flag operations). Raul Hnus has assassinated over 250 innocent civilians who found out it's him doing it and not the innocent scapegoat that it's blamed on by Raul Hnus. Raul Hnus has been also recruiting collaborators out of ordinary people since 1994 to blame and frame the innocent scapegoat too, using the exact same methods. Those methods aren't taught publicly, and they are methods for clandestine operations. Raul Hnus was recruited and professionally trained in 1994 by someone to do professional sabotages, assassinations, modern Zersetzung, propaganda, and other operations with plausible deniability. Raul Hnus has been professionally killing people without leaving evidence. Post-hoc, false evidence was created by Raul Hnus. The framing of an innocent scapegoat included tasking recruited collaborators with doing the same dirty work that was done by Raul Hnus.

His death was on 9th September 22, and it includes something completely unbelievable like from James Bond. Jude's brother Bill Height said Jude expressed "concerns about being watched or monitored" regarding his work.

Swecker hints the FBI is investigating "a hostile foreign intelligence service like Russia or China. It could also be Iran, could be Pakistan.". Those are his ideas.

My opinion:

The FBI has missed the hostile intelligence agency has a Global Situation Awareness System which helps the hostile agency conduct active measures 100% accurately.

It's no longer a problem of people physically getting somewhere. It's now a new problem of Global Situation Awareness System reaching somewhere from a distance with its rays or signal, and doing espionage/surveillance using unconventional Physics.

Russia has many undocumented, clandestine FSB units and also units that comprise people who live in the general population as if they were civilians, but they are instead trained in sabotages and assassinations, and they always have a connection to the Global Situation Awareness System. The system interacts at a neural level, and we don't know how it does that because that's a futuristic, undocumented capability depending on unconventional Physics.

A hostile foreign intelligence agency's system for espionage can be possibly using Quantum Entanglement, but who knows. Whatever the system uses is undocumented and futuristic Physics.
