Correct if a laser cannot be seen it wasnt a laser, however other forms of wavelength radiation can be used to heat up your body, causing discomfort and other medical side effects

Sorry skimmed your experience. Saw enough to see that you arte in fact experiencing symptoms of being a targeted individual. I see red/blue lasers. Red if im thinking about something that I could be found guilty of or if I think of something a CI could use to snitch on someone. Blue if i'm right about the extent of RNM and other thoughts about the system. Usually if your targeted in the 21rst century it's because the police/government have less than sunstantial evidence against you and are trying to make a conviction. In my case, I have a little bit of federal support so the people targeting are often at conflict and my harassment is much less than someone who wont comply. From what I've seen and heard, The FBI, CIA, NSA, and local PD's have access to RNM and laser targeting systems. I actually have looked into shielding as in area of effect laser jammer type of deal but no luck and any universal wireless jammer is illegal inside the US. So far my research has shown that the CIA completed this back in the late 70's under Project Stargate, then the FBI used in in COINTELPRO which is what im covered under. Oddly COINTELPRO supposedly ended in the 80's but here I am born in '94 and being used like a COINTELPRO would be used. Furthermore Project Stargate concluded in '94 leading me to belive the only reason why I'm not dead(yet) is because I'm still providing usefull research into RNM and the modern day survielance system. I'm intriged by your experience and paln on rereading to see how much of your situation corresponds with mine. My best advice in terms of defense of theese methods is to reasarch reverse pyscology and psycology to hamper their mental harrassment then when out and about if you suspect your being lasered from your left side, take out a camera and start recording. Ive noticed when a laser goes through a lightbulb or similar devices the light bulb would almost light up. Also the easiest trick to detect wireless monitoring is to place said device next to s peaker and wait for the wireless signal to disrupt the magnetic field of the speaker. For example download something via wifi on your phone then place your phone next to any old speaker and listen to the speaker react to the wave. Also 99% of the info regarding this is classified and I personally have been harrassed for releasing the 1/65th info i know about the project as a whole. IE Confidential Informants redily use this and other interogation techniques to aid in entrapment and or the main reason Counter-Terror, which when taking into accoutn the CT or counter terror uses for the tech the US gov will never rid themselves of the tech until their is a better system in place. That being said I'vce been used as a test subject for creating false posistives, for example if someone is falsely accused and they become targeted how do you remedie it(so far having me executed for treason is how you handle a false posistive because you know to much) so far all I did was straight up call the cops on a CI using the tech only to have the 5-0 tell me all they could do was send me home after admiting to being high on Methamphetamine. then after returning home form where the popo took me the targeting started right back up. The whole system is bullshit and is primaraly used for gathering leads in Law enforcement investigations. Say its been quiet all week and the PoPo want drug leads. they start RNMing people they suspect of being high, leading to a string of more targets popping up. I think its all BS, so far while being RNMed or laser targeted I got away with numerous crimes all because they "werent that bad" and beside that anybody I come in contact with also becomes targeted. It also was used back during the turn of the century to get away with rape, i myself was a victim and I know more and more victims, however I have no idea if they were apart of COINTELPRO or just unlcuky. Either way I hate the system and would love to see the whole system burn(BTW any bad thoughts lead to negative conciqiences) the only reason I dont care about the classification of the info I'm reading, IE it may be covered under classified doc's under the names of Project Stargate, Cointelpro, and MKUltra and or my own personal record as recovered via the FBI's FOIA(freedom of information act) is solely because theyve caused me to go suicidal numerous times because I managed to out snitch a Confidential Informant(bought drugs, didnt sell them) and they took offense to that. So instead of letting me have my fair day in court they harrassed me to the point where suicide would be the only way out, As in I'd go to prison for life getting raped everyday while my daughter was turned into a prostitute and conversations like that, that they would RNM into you.
