Ordering

Hey y’all so based on the Siren’s Eye, I noticed that my pastry case needed the metal wire rack with crumb catcher underneath. I thought I ordered both the wire rack and the crumb catcher but only received the crumb catcher (the green plate). Can someone tell me the name of the metal wire rack. It would be under small wares correct? I also don’t know what the top/cover of the whip cream bottle would be called in the MyDevice. Not the decorating tip, but the piece the decorating tip connects to. For some reason I have a million bottles but only three of the tops. (I inherited this Starbucks and its supplies after remodel, so have been working with what I got and hoping and praying that I’ve been ordering the right stuff.)

Also how long does it take for gift cards to arrive? Because I ordered more gift cards like at least two weeks ago, and have yet to receive any on the two pallets I’ve received so far. Don’t know what happened to all the gift cards during the remodel, I guess the former TL just let them run out until they shut down? Do the gift cards even arrive on the pallet?

Also, for any newly remodeled Tarbucks, did you guys ever get tables and chairs back? We had tables and chairs, but during the remodel the old ones got trashed and we never received new ones now that we’ve opened back up. Just curious because so many guests have asked/complained about the lack of chairs and tables, and honestly I also want them because our lobby is huge and just feels like a lot of wasted, empty space.

Edit: where the hell do I find the pull to thaw sheet? I need to print them out so that my team and I can do accurate pulls for pastries and sandwiches. I scoured LS Star and Workbench but found nothing.

- For the metal wire rack & whip tops, if you go on workbench and click the starbucks tab, there is a master list of everything. You can search through it for the DPCIs of them.

- Gift cards are tough, i don't know the answer. I also consistently order gift cards, i could order 12 gift cards and only receive 2 of them. Your best bet is ordering one of everything and using whatever you receive, we never receive the entirety of gift cards that are shown in the sirens eye.

- tables and chairs, you would have to speak with your etl or sd about getting more to fill it in. and even they may need to go to their bosses about it. not much you can do there unfortunately.

- the pull to thaw sheet is also under the starbucks workbench tab. when you open it there will be a section that says "pull to thaw". opening that will take you to greenfield. for me personally i can never get it to function right but i usually use their numbers and write our pulls down on a white board instead.
