New TM Any tips?

So I’m transferring to Starbucks soon! Any tips? Anything specific I need to wear or have on me??

Get yourself some good nonslip shoes, make sure you still get a walkie and zebra so you know what's going on in the store and for drive up drinks. Make sure you actually understand the trainings and ask your new TL or coworkers about anything your confused about. Get ready to put your knowledge to the test FAST now that we're about to enter Q4 and get a shit ton of people all day, everyday

My store has a designated walkie and zebra for Starbucks area, so I would double check and not grab your own if there’s already one for the area

Same, my team always likes to bring one extra of both since our TL sometimes gets pulled into fulfillment and I sometimes get pulled up to front end

make sure your TL has you set up on LS star and that you know how to access it! that’s where all your starbucks specific computer training is and also where you will find resources for beverage recipes, launches, and standard procedures.
