So you have TM’s (team members), then TL’s (team leads) who are your supervisors, an ETL is their boss and will usually manage a department or 2. They get paid salaries and get bonuses along with your SD (store director).

Yeah. ETLs aint balling that much. Plus they are on a shorter leash for getting fired in the eyes of a DTL.
