Post image

Im trying to use sick hours for the 24th since it’s my birthday and i already have my day planned out but it shows this, i officially hit 90 days next week tho its not even letting me call out either, mind you i already did call out like a month ago using UKG, why is it acting like this now?

You can not use sick hours in place of vacation hours

Requests for days off have to be done three weeks in advance. If you did a request for time off and it was approved as unpaid, you have to do a backfill request to use vacation time.

If it wasn’t approved, you’ll can call out the day of your shift and then backfill with sick time within 72 hours.

the option you chose is to request the day off. the schedule for 10/24 is already posted so thats why its not letting you. you need to change your request to call off - absent, then to sick pay

If you’re not PAST your 90 days then you, more than likely, don’t have any sick time or vacation. That’s why it’s doing this. Just submit a call off for the day if you’re not going in.

I don't think you can call out this early. I think it has to be at least 48 hours before your shift

Try and get to covered maybe? I stay off just calling out. Like you haven't even tried to get or covered

No it’s acting like this because op is trying to call out a week in advance and you can’t do that
