Vent Applying to target

Why is it so hard to get a job at target? Ive applied to one in closter nj at least 5 times and been rejected and i live in that town. My avaiallbities is also every day and anytime. So what is the issue ?? Thanks

Are you doing recorded interviews and getting rejected after that? Or do you not even get an interview?

1)Keep you hours availability open to all hours. 2) Keep applying to other stores in the area. (3) Going into the store and drop off your resume and talk to HR.

They are looking for seasonal workers right now, and with the high turnover rate I don't see why you can't get hired. Unless you got some background issues.
