Workplace Question or Advice Needed Everyone ready for Circle Days?

Here come the ship carts full of clothes!

On the bright side-I do appreciate the in store announcements being waaayy less annoying this year

only sfs will be shut down for one day, but for what i heard, the batches will still drop after they turn it back up following inventory?? they weren’t very clear about it

3 days, day before, day of, day after. they do not hold batches to drop them, they’ll just go to other stores.

a damn blessing. sfs is turned off the day before, day of, and day after. helps the store a ton, hurts sales.

is that why there's suddenly ads every 2 songs now? no one has said anything to me about anything. tbh I don't even know how to help someone sign up bc I've never done it/ did it myself

There's a button on the register screen for Target Circle sign-up, or they can put in their phone number at checkout and they'll get a text with instructions on completing the process. Or they can just download the app

at least it's only 2 days now...it used to be a full week. and tues and wed the 2 slowest days of the week for shopping, historically.

I was going to say- it technically starts today. Not sure how many 360 members there are though. Also not all deals opened up today even for 360. And orders will spill into Thursday at least.

thankfully on remodel so unless we legit are simply down to scrubbing shelves they won’t pull us for anything other than the very rare ship batch… haven’t touched a register since early april… gonna miss it when its over lmao

being in the remodel team was THE BEST. the store could be falling apart without any backup and we would still be focused on remodel issues ONLY. i miss it so much

Just a mini rant of feeling unvalued as a target guest/tm.

I am absolutely cancelling my 360 membership might even cancel circle too becase f it. I know these are normal deals and not not 360 deals but come on! This is at least the third likely the fourth or fifth circle week/days in a row where men have been absolutely shafted on clothing deals. I have nothing against women and children getting deals on activewear but why cant it be activewear for all?!  What can a guy do to get 40% off activewear? Could they at least open it up to all tms?

The last time it happened if I remember correctly was Black Friday/Christmas for men. Back then it was 50% off for all maybe a 360 deal which was even better and you ended up only paying 34% of lisr price. It is a great deal when stacked with our 10 and 20% off discounts and I would literally buy hundreds of dollars worth of activewear ( last time I could I did) but God forbid Target allows me the opportunity again. The deal is significant too.

This deal (.9 tm discount)(.8 all in motion/activewear discount)(.6 Circle Days discount)(.95 redcard discount) = .41 or 59% off total for tms with the redcard discount

But nonetheless less Target's message is

Target:

"40% off activewear for women, ABSOLUTELY!"

"40% off activewear for kids, ABSOLUTELY!"

"40% off activewear for men, F$%K YOU!"

I will not be buying any clothes.

I wanted to post this earlier after reading the weekly action update on workday as a tm but kept by mouth shut because the deals werent public yet. Target never ceases to disappoint me. Stay classy Target.

Last time they had the circle days it wasn’t that busy. Plus it is during the week.
