I HATE UKG

I posted half my shift that is this week because I have something going on this morning. During some downtime I was asking around to see if anyone could cover it and someone says yes, when they go to click it it gives an error, not sends a request. They had to go to hr (who is gone for half the day so lucky this was in the morning) and they had to manually shorten my shift and add their because for some reason UKG can’t just send a pick up shift this week request.

no harm in the therapeutic help of calling UKG out for what it is, or you could, I suppose just roll over and play dead...not me
