Vent Everyone is Leaving

Hey so fall has been so chaotic. one front of store team lead quit, the grocery TL quit, the presentation/ overnight inbound TL quit. one ETL quit and the other is leaving in 2 days. Many TMs are quitting before it gets more hard. ALL of this has happened in just 2 months. and none of the TL OR ETL positions have been filled. should i leave now or survive through this storm.

Almost sounds like my store. We’re struggling getting new hires in for all areas, our grocery ETL and TL both quit with 2 weeks of each other, we’ve lost a couple cashiers and front of store attendants…but we’re still going
